I am a free spirited bodyworker. I always listen to my heart and let the universe guide me during my treatments. Over time I have created a space that supports a more nurturing and true healing experience. My work is integrated with many techniques and philosophies. I see the body as a vessel for traveling and experiencing life. I believe if we do not give it proper fuel we will be stripped of it's freedom. All my oils and products hold great consciousness and therapeuctic benefits. As far as my everyday life goes, everything I do and eat comes from a place of love. I keep my own being in check by practicing yoga, meditation, belly breathing, receiving and giving bodywork, organic living, spending time with nature, laughing, and loving with those who are like-minded.
