I was watching a movie based on a Stephen King novel. It starred Hervé Villechaize as Satan. It turns out that the only reason Satan was so evil was that he was miserable because he was a closeted homosexual who couldn't admit to himself that he was gay. In the final scene, he asked one of the condemned souls in Hell to flip a coin, the result of which would be that he either would or would not finally accept that he was gay. After the coin had been flipped, he decided not to look at it after all, and Hervé walked off wistfully into the sunset with his pet monkey.
