Just from the little I know of Enrika via the Tribe postings, she arouses my teasing/flirting side, and I only tease women to whom I am attracted. My redheaded wife doesn't mind my flirting as long as I don't touch, but with Enrika the impusle is to come very close. Why? Perhaps those mysteries are best just left as they are.

okay, someone brave enough to quote lyrics from "awaken" by yes in their "about me" section is DEFINITELY a member of my "tribe", whatever that is.....that song was my personal soundtrack back when there were no personal stereos, just walking down the street remembering the song and singing the words to yourself...which i did a lot of back then...and she's a developer as opposed to a designer, so she's smarter than me too...but my favorite part is the baby giraffe.

she's a stalwart wanderer who sees the layers most let pass by without recognition. like an asian chili sauce, she's sweet and hot wrapped together. she's a student and a teacher, a seeker and a revealer. i believe she has magic at her fingertips and entire universes in her imagination. she's frank and forward and definitely not to be trifled with.
she's my friend. my life is enriched and changed because of her. how cool is that? March 14, 2006
This gal is realy cool ! She has a dinamite attitude on life and is realy fun to hang out with .... and she has realy good taste in music ... Shell turn you on to sounds that will take your head to some wild places... I stand in support of her political views as well ....She does her homework, knows what is going on and is not afraid to speek the truth as she sees it. A characteristic I really respect and apriciate in a friend. O'll "W" better look out if he crosses paths with this amazing spirit... The Godess brought our world a real gift of light in this beautiful human..... Go Enrika!!!! June 25, 2005
Enrika is amazing and powerful and sexy. I love the whirlwind that is her. It's that simple.

My favorite quote at the moment: I like the inconveniences. I don't want comfort. ... I want God. I want poetry. I want real danger. I want freedom I want goodness I want sin. - Aldous Huxley from Brave New World.

A dear friend of mine just took this photo in Vietnam and posted it to his Facebook page (along with 71 other photos). He captioned it, "One of the better street signs." I know I'm, like, twelve years old, but I'm still laughing. :)

"I'm surprised you don't own any ELP yet."
That's quite a compliment. :) (Although it was somewhat embarrassing to admit.) "Trilogy is probably the perfect choice for a first ELP purchase." Well, then, maybe I should just bite the bullet... read more discussion post on Sat, November 21, 2009 - 11:17 PM
Re: Trilogy

When you say "the opening three-part epic," does that mean The Endless Enigma, Pt. One, Fugue, and The Endless Enigma, Pt. Two? Or do you just mean The Endless Enigma, Pt. One?
ELP is conspicuously absent from my collection (although I do have... read more discussion post on Sat, November 21, 2009 - 10:55 PM

"They cut out all the Klingon stuff."
I don't understand. Do you mean that there's stuff in the theatrical version that didn't make it into the DVD version? discussion post on Sat, November 21, 2009 - 5:12 PM

kudosaz.com/mainInterior.asp He's *unbelievable*! I tried to find a Zumba class near me *months* ago, and I went to their website ( www.zumba.com/us/ ) and typed in my zip code, and it said there was nothing within 25 miles. ... read more
Okay, look... yes, I want to have the man's babies, but I'm not married to the idea. How about just a weekend of bliss? One night at a Super 8? Back seat of a Toyota? I know he's got a girlfriend, but hey, I've never had a problem with sharing.

This is so cool it deserves to be in my photo album *and* my blog. Hell, I'd wallpaper my bedroom with it if I could.
I had the *incredible* good fortune on Monday to meet several wallabies. It's the funniest story: My roommate's mother was selling some furniture on Craigslist, and a woman came by to see them, carrying two baby wallabies in her purse. (Can you imagine?) Turns out she's from the Arizona Herpetological Society (I know, herpetology deals with reptiles and amphibians), and they had rescued the wallabies, which had been brought in illegally. One or two of them were born in captivity in the U...

I can't believe it!! All the core and overflow hotels have been sold out for a while, as well as all the other nearby hotels, but on a whim, I called the Hyatt this afternoon (one of the core hotels), and somehow, for some unknown reason, they had a room for me! For all four nights!! I HAVE RESERVATIONS AT A CORE HOTEL FOR THE ENTIRE FREAKING CON!!! And I've got the reduced con rate! All I can figure is that maybe someone else called to cancel their reservations two minutes before I call...

It was just brought to my attention that this grassroots, viral effort has resulted in over 42,000 letters of thanks from Planned Parenthood to Sarah Palin, and over $1 MILLION to Planned Parenthood. Sarah Palin is not amused: www.cnn.com/video/#/vide...arenthood.cnn My congratulations to everyone who participated ... read more
