clarinet for sale
I am selling an intermediate clarinet. very good condition. the only reason i am selling it is because i really don't need THREE of them... this instrument would be great for a music ed student who will be studying clarinet as a secondary or tertiary instrument. also very good for a more advanced student as a primary instrument. pass on the info if you know anyone this would be appropriate for.

apartment for rent
After weeks of work I've put the first floor apartment on the rental market. The living room floor has been completely refinished. The entire living room has gotten a makeover; once dark, now brightened up with a nice paint job. I've also worked in the bathroom a lot, too. A lot has been accomplished. For those of you who have been there, check out of the pictures on my house page to see the difference. It's rather remarkable.



Spread the word to friends looking for housing options. I know it's an off time of year to be looking...
