Spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical healing. There comes a time in one's life where a shift occurs in one's consciousness. A time of cleaning and healing of the body in all aspects. This is what I'm going through. I have had so much fun and many careless days of eating badly and drinking a little too much. No regrets though, for I had a blast! But now it's my time to get healthy and lose weight. I hate talking about this topic, for there are so many people out there who are obsessed with weight and being too thin. I have struggled with losing that extra "ten to fifteen pounds" for it seems most of my life. But now its not just about the weight, it's about feeling good inside and out in all aspects, as far as healthy thinking and realistic expectations of my body image.

My loving fiance Dave who has been my mate for over eight years has been diagnosed with stomach ulcers. We were at the hospital until 4AM last night, for he was in extreme pain. It was horrible! A wake up call for both of us in many ways. Sometimes the Universe has to interfere to say "Hey, OK now, we want you to feel good, so this is our way of saying start eating better and lay off the beer!"

So there it is! Healthy diet and meditation will be an everyday part of life from now on. I'm looking forward to the wonderful things that this sort of continuous lifestyle will bring. Just as it is our job to heal Mother Earth, with now everybody "thinking GREEN", we will heal our own bodies as well. We are all one with her after all.
