Each day I come on here between 2am and 5am. In between I will go for a walk that covers 4 miles or a few kms. that I do in about 90 minutes. half way with my freind I will call into the Mobil Service Centre which is half way for a cuppa. Discus a few things with my friend then we go get on our way back home.
