Hello friends,

I just wanted to check in and say hello to everyone. I feel so much more in balance with my life and my integral being. So much more relaxed. I am feeling much lighter and better than I have felt in quite some time. I feel freer from pent up emotional stress--and general anxiety about LIFE. *sigh of relief* Ahhhh. I wish I could bottle this feeling and save it for the hard times. Or I could make a real killing if this could be sold as a new-age pharmaceutical.

The real magickal thing is that I believe this transformation is mostly brought on from within--by insight, meditation, self-expression, and exploring the core beliefs and programs that I have accrued and store and pedantically trigger because it's so easy to just REACT. Live less reactively. Live more creatively. Follow the path of least resistence, but DO ACT. So many systems are useful and work well, but one phrase that really lands for me is: THE METHODS WORK IF YOU DO! (sometimes, I get caught up in so many methods and lose track of the necessity of daily practice). An intellectual grasp of a method is cheap metaphysical pornography; however, the real meat is found square between the legs of Practice and Persistence.

I must also give my gratitiude to my husband Jai for all his love and support during this transformative time. I also see so many exciting and enthusiastic changes and levels of self-empowerment occuring in Jai's life. I am very proud of him and grateful for our partnership which promises to lift us both into higher orders of existence, happiness, and health.

My only resolution for 2007 is to develop a disciplined aproach to ACTION in my life! I want to choose and develop techniques that have worked for me and rely on my intuition as a guide in practicing my music, writing, art, performance, diet, exercising, etc. I want to start projects and bring them to completion--each an important step toward ever greater levels of refinement and self-expression. I believe the spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional levels can be harmonized into a higher being and consciousness. This is the year to establish long-term transformative patterns for a healthy and productive life.

THIS IS MERELY THE END OF THE BEGINNING...

2007 promises to bring a divine and sublime order which harmonizes so many spheres of life into one aesthetic, vibrant whole. I take responsibility for making my life a great piece of art.

Close your eyes. Breath in deep through your nose, hold it for a second or two and exhale evenly through the mouth. Relax in your body, relax your thoughts and inhabit your body, let your head fall down toward your body.

ALLOW the vibration into your life.

Reach inside and move the spirit over your life force.

Can you let go of wanting abundance and expect abundance instead?

Right now, give yourself some approval--not a whole lot--just a little ;) And give yourself a little more, and EVEN MORE, a little at a time. Ease into the vibration of attraction and abundance.

Welcome and give gratitude for all the abundance in your life. Give gratitude to yourself for being here now.

Which came first, belief or reality?

Breath deeply, feel the resonant energy of abundance dance through your cells.
