I had a nice mellow weekend. Yesterday I joined in the monthy 'death march' - folks from the local burn scene pick a route and do an intereting walk across the city. It's generally around 7 miles. Based on google pedometer, we walked 7.5ish. The hills were killers but I feel inspired to get active again - maybe start up a Seattle march. Friends Courtney, Roy, & Ben are all fantastic, I really need to get down here more often. I conveniently missed stressful interactions in Seattle by being here this weekend, which is a total plus!! yay all around.
