I just a guy trying to sell to sell comics and records for a living. Sure beats working 9 to 5... That's all taking and no giving...
I finished cataloging my entire record collection Yestreday. Its in a nifty Microsoft Access database by Artist, Label and (general) Condition.
I've noted which records I've digitalmalized so far as well.
I'm awesome.

I was stuck behind this lady in line at the grocery store who felt it was necessary to scold the teenage cashier for not offering a paper bag for her purchase of 5 1 liter bottles of water. The poor kid just wanted to move the line along, but no matter how he apologized the lady would answer with "Its OK... Saw this on the news this morning.
LIMA (AFP) - Villagers in southern Peru were struck by a mysterious illness after a meteorite made a fiery crash to Earth in their area, regional authorities said Monday.
Around midday Saturday, villagers were startled by an explosion and a fireball that many were convinced was an airplane crashing near their remote village, located in the high Andes department of Puno in the Desaguadero region, near the border with Bolivia.

It looks liek I may be on the verge of losing my retail space again. (This time, through no fault of mine, which is a relief.)
Its time for my friend Mike to re-up his lease on his coffee shop, and the landlords have asked for an extra $700 a month. I think he's going to try and negotiate them down, but a jump like that smacks of landlord with a juicy new perspective tenant, to me.

A good friend of mine who has a little bread is contemplating buying some properties in the Columbus area and is offering some combination of co-ownership and rent free retail space in exchange for me acting as the property manager and possibly running a laundromat in one of the locations for him.
Pros:
