i like to:=== listen to live acoustic music. to write. to read a good book. to have intelligent conversations with intelligent people. to succeed. to play scrabble. to dance, with the right person. to cuddle with my dogs. to dance at church on sunday morning. to work out. to write without capitalization. to give friends thoughtful little gifts unexpectedly. to wake up in the morning to a soak in the tub and some baileys & coffee. to watch clouds. to play in the rain. ===i believe:=== i know who i am. i am open and honest. sometimes painfully honest. i have a purpose in life, though i'm still figuring out what it is exactly. i am a supergenius (well, ok, i am reasonably intelligent?). i cherish fun. my life is fun. i try to make the lives of those around me more fun. i have made - and continue to make - mistakes in life. i continue to learn. there is a god, and (s)he loves me very much. i believe in mutual respect and in adding value. i believe that people interact by trading value. i am a libertarian. i am good with people and excel at my job. ===miscellaneous tidbits:=== i am exactly 50/50 right brain/left brain. i detest the buckhead bar scene, and prefer eddie's attic. i am a singer. i play guitar and bongos poorly. i have no rhythm, but i play with emotion. i appreciate comfortable silences and healthy discussions and find both to be sadly rare. i have finally learned that when something is bad for me, i don't do it. i prefer going to a yard sale over going to a mall. i have 2 huge dogs, too many cats to count. as for work, i am a project manager/product manager/account manager for a technology company in midtown. my career goal has been to move to a caribbean island and be a waitress, though recently i've modified that goal to be "bring the simplicity of the islands to my current life."
