Re: Different Flavors???? (in Kombucha Tea) I've put sweetened dried cranberries into my kombucha after bottling, and that's turned out nicely. crystallized ginger is tasty as well. both of those provide more sugar to produce carbonation if you leave it at room temp to ferment more.
