Well I picked up belly dancing while visiting family in Panama. I had a few crash course classes and performed over there. I came home and it was lost for a while but I started dancing again during the summer of 2008.

I use the saran wrap method and it honestly works for me. It takes more water out of those areas. drinking more water is so you dont dehydrate the body as the wrap will cause more loss of water.

Hello everyone! Ok so I was given a tip by Sonia...she said use a Hot Tools by Marcel curling iron 3/4" and medium hair spray. UMM IT WORKED!!!! lasted from 6pm until 12am when I got in the shower!
