The writing on the wall...

October 31, 2006
I believe it isn't just your sweetness ... understanding ... faithfulness ... devotion ... or even the fact that you love pink and are the Mommy to Babyness that make me love you. It is your strength. Continue the strong fight ... do what you know to be right ... refuse to settle for mediocrity ... and love those around you who can't help but love you for the wonderful person you are.

Batya is such a wonderful and beautiful person as well as a loving and dedicated wife and mother. Her awsome smile makes the world a brighter place. I am truy blessed to have met her and to call her my friend.

I Do Not Choose to Be a Common Man

It is my right to be uncommon—if I can.

I seek opportunity—not security. I do not wish to be a kept citizen, humbled and dulled by having the state look after me.

I want to take the calculated risk; to dream and to build, to fail and to succeed.

I refuse to barter incentive for a dole. I prefer the challenges of life to the guaranteed existence; the thrill of fulfillment to the stale calm of utopia.

I will not trade freedom for beneficence nor... read more

Yes, I am looking for a part time job. Still keeping up the photography start up, so don't get me wrong. But we need to pay medical bills and get a heater put in the upstairs before it gets cold. So, I'm also applying for evening part time work. Hubby will meet me in town, after he gets off work. We'll trade cars and he'll take the babies back home. I'll go to work for 4-6 hours, come home and crash...get up and do it again the next night. For a few months, at least.

So, does anyone... read more

In politics, what begins in fear usually ends in folly. -- Coleridge

You block your dream when you allow your fear to grow bigger than your faith. -- Mary Manin Morrissey

Anyone want a sweet cat? We can't keep Rebel anymore. Leia has breathing problems with her inside. The rabbits won't live much longer with her outside. The mice, I don't mind so much, but the rabbits are a bit much to explain to Rose. Don't want to take her to the pound. It will be a while before she can get into the Humane society.
