I'm Buddhist,love Martial arts,love the healing arts and Chi Gong.I'm lucky to have a great wife and great kids!I love sweat lodges and the Red Path.I am a student of life learning to explore and create and to seek what I really want,fullt realizing the fire that I feed is the one that burns! My goal is to spontaneously respond and create for the higher good to all my relations.And do random acts of kindness.To protect people on as many levels possible.I will ward off zealots.I'm learning to control my mind so others don't.
