Megan is my favorite! She is a great student and friend. I am blown away at how fast she picks
up dance! I'm proud to help lead her into this world we call 'bellydance'. Oh, did I mention...her umis rival rachel brice anyday?? Yay... January 16, 2008

I'm supposed to leave in about 45 minutes for graduation. I know it's cheesy, but I'm kindof nervous. I tried my cap and gown and everything on to make sure it all fit and stuff, and had this moment of realization: trying on that gown is not just dress-up anymore. It's for real. For real for real. i finally got a suitable stretching-friendly pair of plugs in the mail today and stretched up to 00g. it was actually really disappointing. they went in just like a pair of my 0g plugs would have (which was good) but they still look so small to me :(

After watching almost $200 whiz into and back out of my paypal the past few days, I've come to a conclusion that I need some sort of internet retail detox. I have pretty good self-control, I think, so it should be a fun and rewarding little challenge. I LOVE challenging myself like this. Plus I REALLY need to be saving for Bonnaroo and AUSTRALIA. So, I'm officially banning myself from purchasing anything on the internet for 1 week.

I believe I have a problem with internet shopping. Instead of going to yoga this morning like I was supposed to, I decided to go ahead and spend my income tax check [before it even gets here] on some boots I've been drooling over for months. So I finally broke down and called the Fluevog stores asking if they had Black Michelle boots in a size 8 (Fluevog doesn't do half sizes). Not a single U.S. store had them.
