about me
I have just moved to the bay area, I am a Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher, been living and teaching in the New York City region for the past six years, conducting yoga classes and healing sessions for individuals and groups. My unique upbringing in Israel has exposed me to the diverse Judeo Christian and Muslim traditions, as well as to conflict, and cultural diversity. In North America I explored and studied for almost two decades diverse coaching techniques in the quest of expanding ones awareness and bringing the true soul to the surface.

On the design front - I have been working with companies such as Swatch, Philips New Media and Net Scape, - product development, branding and advertising.
