about me
Being a healer and a farmer have been my dreams since before I can remember. I love playing the piano. I can't live without great friends and conversations. I need to be around things that are "green and growy." I tend to tell it like it is and to be a bit impulsive. I'm not very good at lying or bottling things up.I can usually tell if someone is holding back or has something on their mind because I sense energy well. I don't have much time these days for anything other than (acupuncture and oriental medicine)school but I love reading, gardening, playing the piano, cutting firewood, massage, cuddling, (touch is way under-rated),cooking good-albeit bland most of the time- organic food, and communing with friends. I'm up for just about anything that involves being outside or breaking a sweat. I'm gay but I usually have to tell people because I generally don't define myself thusly.

I remember a friend's child once said that he knew that a certain friend was "cool" because he hugged him every time they met. I'm so much a fan of hugging. It kinda turns me off when a person extends their hand to me instead of their body. Call me "touchy-feely," but that's really how I...er... feel. Me...

It's been windy, cold, and sunny in Portland. Not a combination that I was used to prior to my arrival here. The sun somehow makes up for the other two elements as it's the one that's been so lacking in this PNWern winter. I definitely feel like a microcosm of the weather patterns. There's been so much blustery change in my life this year, yet the sun has begun to show its face. Moving across the states in order to pursue my dreams of becoming a healer in the chinese arts was a big change fo...
