Tara Herrick, M.S. created a distinctive approach to emotional therapy she calls Integrative Counseling and Therapy. This approach incorporates the skills of therapeutic communication and psychology and blends many healing tools which are a staple to her work. Such tools include: Reiki, sound healing, dream interpretation, aromatherapy, and Holographic Repatterning®. Tara is a therapist with keen intuition and empathy.

Listen to your body… it’s talking.
One of our biggest problems is that we know what’s good for us but we fail to listen to us. Why? Because what we know is often different than what we want to hear. We feel a hunger but is this feeling always food related? Often times hunger is a desire to be fed and has little to do with food and more to do with happiness. I will teach you ways to tap into your knowing, listen to your body, and trust your intuition. The purpose of tapping in will go beyond food it will look at the root of our emotions and into our bodies for fulfillment. I will teach you ways to tap in and discover your wisdom within.
