My Testimonials

May 21, 2008
Shannon has been a great friend and a great teacher! I'm very fortunate to have, in this area of BFE, to have an awesome cabaret teacher and then have Shannon as an amazing tribal teacher. She has really dedicated herself to being the best instructor as she can and it shows! Her performances are gorgeous and I only hope I'll look as good as she does on stage! I'm really looking forward to dancing with her this summer and having more late nights closing Otto's!! hehe

about me
I currently teach tribal belly dance classes at Movement Arts Studio in State College, PA and at the State College Area YMCA, and I am working to build a tribal community in Central PA. In September 2008, I completed the Fat Chance Belly Dance General Skills Intensive (which was amazing!) and in June of 2009, I certified in Paulette Rees-Denis' Collective Soul Level One. I am also Level One certified in the Suhaila Salimpour format. I am blessed to have tribal sisters who are awesome and inspiring.
