I've been dancing all my life, starting with ballet at age 4. I competed in Rhythmic Gymnastics for 7 years when I was younger and I was a cheerleader in high school! Then in university, I discovered raks sharki, which I immediately fell in love with. I am currently dancing with Ninawa Eastern Magic, which I love. It's a fusion of Middle Eastern dance, ballet, modern and jazz. I get to use all my different dance training here so I feel like I've found my thing! www.makidance.com

It was an interesting show; a mixed bag of acts. For eg. there were these dancing vulvas on after us. Pretty hilarious. Yes, they did start doing monologues...
