They believe she was abducted while on her bicycle. I am always affected by these stories, but this one has been especially difficult for me since Cedrika looks very much like my beloved niece did at that age. I am so sad for her family and loved ones. I am terrified for her. I am angry that we live in a world where a little girl can't be safe just being a little girl.
