Police in Quebec got a tip that a girl matching Cedrika's description was spotted at a restaurant in eastern Quebec. So, I just want to do my part in getting her photo out there. Praying for Cedrika Provencher
A 9 year old girl - Cedrika Provencher - from Trois Rivieres, Quebec has been missing for a week. They believe she was abducted while on her bicycle. I am always affected by these stories, but this one has been especially difficult for me since Cedrika looks very much like my beloved niece did at that age.
