Just a quick recap of the weekend before picking up the in-laws for lunch... Friday we went to the zoo and saw bears, lemurs and bats oh my! and hit my head twice on the train 'cause it's too short. then to Alameda to decorate the Fezziwig float for their 4th of July parade. looked really good :) But poor Vicky got trapped in Dave's house, and I didn't know until Mrs. Batzloff brought her outside :( I thought she could open the door! One of Miguel's uncles passed away last month (he was at least 80). Though Tito Pepe lived in Mexico, most of his children are in LA, so we went down for the funeral over Memorial weekend. Making the travel arrangements just for me, Vicky, Miguel, and his parents took 3 days, about 14 different plans, and cancelling things twice. Fezzi's and Siamsa used to sing it at the end of Siamsa's dance set. but it made us run late, and we'd rather dance. :)
