about me
I am a person on a quest. The journey to find truth is more valuable then the truth itself. I like to collect the stories of the people around me, we create the fabric of life and therefore are the truth. This is my quest. I know that it is an impossible task, but i know that were I leave off others will begin. Boy, if that doesn't sound like a bunch of metaphysical bull shit I don't know what does. I am a writer and a story teller, also a bartender and chef. I find that Life around me gives me all of my motivation and spark. We tend to forget the power of oral history, but I hope that it will live on in me.

My thoughts and constant rambilings

This morning I watched a powerful yet painful documentary called "Invisible Children". The story of the children of northern Uganda. I feel at a lost for words when I think about all the pain in this world. This world is thirsting for love, and we all have our part to do. Please watch this movie it will only take an hour of you time, but I know it will change your life. One of the greatest gifts we can have is to be the voice for those who do not have one.
Here is the movie:

Well I have to say, this winter kicked my ass!!! So many things have changed, I feel almost detached from last year. It doesn't seem like the same life sometimes. It is a very odd feeling. But change is inevitable and must be embraced. I have hope for the future. The sun has given me that hope. Yesterday I laid on my friends roof and soaked up the sun (the middle of February and its sunny and 59) (WTF). I can feel the Love of the world building up inside of me and I am excited to let it flow.

I have for so long taken life for granted.
The small parts would fly by unnoticed and unappreciated.
Stop!
The world will hold me still
and still is where I find gratitude.

As I pull a string on my sweater, I begin to watch the unraveling of civilization.
A tangeled web of lost souls and hollow bodies, like an orgy of cannibals.
Feasting on the week, as we coward before the strong.
Our skulls becoming the foundation on which we capture the minds and humanity of those who came before us.
Forever perpetuating the machine, offering a symbolic genuflect to the potential of change.
Our protest and resistance becomes the food for those who come after.

I would just like to use this space to thank all of the guys out there that could but decided to NOT. just because we could doesn't mean that it was o.k. or good. I am sick of hearing about girls that woke up in the morning and regretted (or could not remember) what happened the night before. to all of you guys that did(and you know who you are) go F*CK YOU SELF!!!!! You are the shit that make this world uninhabitable! I don't hate, just pity you! but I want to take this space to THANK ALL OF... read more
