Carol Phillips was born in Hawaii, but spent most of her childhood years nestled near a rich riverside forest in picturesque Oregon. Carol has a love for the figure, portraiture and landscapes. Her work is both figurative and fantasy oriented.

As a child she was captivated by the beauty of the natural world and immersed herself in the realms of fantasy and dream. The beauty, lore and mythologies of these fantasy worlds continues to fascinate her and she wishes to share this fascination with others. Through her art she hopes to provide a glimpse into these beautifully mysterious worlds that lie just outside of our consensus reality.

Carol Phillips is a 28 year old artist. Although she has studied for many years under the instruction of a local Oregon Printmaker and attended a few art courses at Oregon Colleges, she is primarily self taught.

She is currently available for freelance illustration projects or fantasy fine art commissions.
