Hardy Hibiscus

Here's a new Hibiscus I aquired this last spring in bloom in August. The plant reached 5' tall and had over 100 blooms this summer. I'm curious to see how well it survives winter. I plan to mulch it with leaves to help keep it protected.

My sister's apartment overlooks a hibiscus tree with pink blooms like this. The tree must be over 15 feet--trully beautiful.
