I am a massage therapist, writer, dancer, energy worker, ecstatic dance DJ & light being, opening myself to self-discovery, healing service and empowerment through embracing the whole of who I am, dark & light, conscious & unconscious, and a moving shaker as an artist of the heart. I strive to heal the world around me through inspiration and expansion and connections with communities that resonate with me.
I am an ecstatic dancer, I love to move in as many ways as is possible and I feel most alive when fully in my body. I love to dance, be fiery, sing, write, photograph, snuggle, chant, do yoga, swim, hike, climb, bike, snowboard and meditatie when I can. I'm into purity & innocence, shadow & mischief, deep long talks over wine and candlelight, lush green forests, the smell of rain, waterfalls, misty sacred glades & glens where the little people dance amongst the ferns, gilded lilies and pine needles, as well as dragonflies, wolves & people who embody their truth & large bodies of water. I love suinshine and I love the sound of wind in the trees. I love music immensely & I love to write poetry. I'm a romantic and I take pleasure in the aesthetic appreciation of all art forms as well as all the glorious beings I share this planet with. I have great respect for artists who access their creativity unconditionally. I enjoy living for and from my heart. I am moving out of being a knee-jerk reactive to a more procreative balanced warrior who is dancing the balance of desire and acceptance and the art of fulfillment into being. I am a very tactile person and heartily encourage heartfelt, compassionate touch whenever possible. I honor my own and others space highly and I am always happy to welcome and support higher frequencies in those around me.
I am currently exploring the dance between desire, fulfillment and acceptance of all that is, as well as exploring the balance between solitude and socializing. I also have a mischievous, anti-authoritarian, rebellious and excitable free-spirited core. And I love to love, as fully as I can when it's appropriate.

Enclosed in our fire-stoked corner room sauna,
