blinking, gettin dim then bright, then suddenly some of them stopped working 3 sections of wall and a goodly sized piece of ceiling torn out before i found the problem it appears that where my concrete walls meet the wooden roof ( i never wanted a wooden roof- local govt wouldnt let me pour one out of concrete) some mice found/made an entry into my ceiling and then into my interior walls i did such an excellent job od sealing everything else that they had to resort to following my wiring where it passed through joists and such to move around apparently it is easier to chew thru wiring then the hardwood joists, so everyplace the wiring passed thru a beam the mice removed all the insulated coating there were a few places where it had started to arc and a couple fried mice jammed into these newly opened pathways im wondering how long this has been going on, it would explain a lot of the rising spike in my power usage the last 2 years ive replaced the damaged wires and am looking into stripping the whole interior of the house i may well do a complete rewire and place all of it in metal conduit overly expensive but im sure this would never happen again anyways if youre doing and building or wiring keep this in mind having a house fire cuz the mice ate your wire coating aint no fun nor are over large power bills
humans have always disgusted me, ive spent most of my life living on the outside
