Can someone recommend a really good beginning on-line reference for playing Indian rhythms? At this point, I'm specifically looking for Carnatic rhythms. Something akin to Jas' site with names of rhythms along with midi files would be most excel...

I've been having a BLAST learning dumbek from Raquy's books and CDs! Now that I have a good feel for the basic rhythms, I'm working on translating them to the tupan. The "dum" and "tek" are pretty obvious. But where should I sound the "ka" on ...
