I became Mrs. Super Dish Man on a day we both had off from work. Round and glowing I said "I do" in front of a county registrar worker.
My happiness is still as great, even if we both forgot until my handheld flashed the reminder up at me at noon.
There's a lone polaroid around here somewhere. Maybe later i can locate it.

1. my husband. he is my rock and while we may not be as close as we once were, i am still in love with him the same i was over 10 years ago when we met.
2. auto-pilot teaching skillz (man they come in handy after a total psychological meltdown, i tell ya! i managed to get through two classes today without crying and that's a damn good thing)

First of, Happy New Year to everyone. Excuse my prolonged absence.
We've been swamped. No really. That wondrous storm that harassed everyone up north promptly headed down here to saturate the earth and thusly fill our basement. With almost a half foot of water. M had his first day at preschool today. First experience away from us for hours at a time with adults and children he didn't know. Nerves abound for mama and papa.
