Another of my very first burner friends. I only knew it was melody, when we ran into each other in the bathroom line, because for the first year I we knew one another we were forever in the GirlsBathroom Line together....which was good, because I always had someone to chat and catch up with. She's real, and honest, and she gives the bestest hugs (like she really means it) YAY for a Melody in my life and our world!

Our intrepid traveler is one of the little mysteries of life: where does she come from? where does she go?
It seems to me that I've known her for a long time but when I dig back through the junkyard of memory she is a figment of my imagination, an optical illusion of presence that dances out of sight as soon as I actually focus. She's a thinker, this one. But somewhere she's going to come into view and reveal herself and when she does I will bet Voodoo Doughnuts that it's amazing and terrifying and incredible. i am starting to have horrible night vision when i am driving and i am afraid that if i don't get my eyes checked soon- i may hit the random pedistrian, biker or not so random car! my health insurance doesnt' cover vision ( not sure if anyone's actually does or if anyone actually has health insurance these days). does anyone know or have a reliable eye guy/gal? maybe somebody who doesn't cost the p... read more

like the masses, i am updating my resume. i had one done for me 8 years ago when i moved to pdx. i have kept it on file and had a friend help me update it one time. turns out that file is as obsolete as an 8 track! the resume is still good; it only requires a few tweaks.
