Reading this blog from my friend; I was touched and reminded of the scope of this subject and the frequency it comes up on my life.
The feeling of constriction, fear, procrastination, running legs, anger, resentment, freezing.
How often this is connected to a "mind frame" in a certain area. How often this "mind frame" originated due a childhood experience.
When I inquire deeper, I meet a deep sadness connected to a longing to stay more connected to my True Self, rather than my False Self.

I would like to introduce you to my friend and hero, Tedi. (the boy on the right)
He lives in Pangandaran, that was hit by a tsunami last year and 80 people died.
I am touched by all the people that I work with, but somehow this brave hero made a everlasting imprint on my heart.
