I'm an unusual, filking, talkative, friendly, curious database becoming a spreadsheet; sounds like fun?

I'm looking for friends who throw themselves into their interests - which is why I'm not a vulcanologist! :) A bad sense of humor helps, too. I've done, been and learned many odd things (and lived with a few of them!), including certain people and cats, medical ranging from the brain, immune system and much of "the workin' parts" (Firefly quote, Tracy in "The Message"); blacksmithing and more modern metal arts; guitar, voice and tiny etc.s; psychology (backwards); science fiction books, shows and "filk" music; swimming; handcrafting; Egyptology, and so on.

I like new ideas and insights, gentleness, fun, jokes, laughter, games, light flirtation, and an open mind - and if you live close enough to Berkeley/Oakland, and want do a no-cover open mike night at The Starry Plow... :)

I love glow-in-the-dark and difraction grating, plants, results over theory, odd answers, hand-crafting, writing, reading (but I always edit), harmony (yes), and I talk too much (just remind me that it's your turn).

Since it'll be a few weeks before I get the scanner (I'll try other ways until then) I should say that I wear large glasses - except in private : ) and have long, wavy, black-to-white hair, pointed nails, and I'm very curvy. I like swords and such over jewelry. My weight (health) has ranged from 305 to 113; I'm at the higher end now.

I'm here to make friends, share bad jokes & ideas about SG-1 & Firefly, and learn (always learn). ...but if I ended up with a partner (or so), of course, I'd be thrilled.
