I found out that daylilies, are good against post traumatic stress disorder.
When I ate one from the park, the other day, I felt the stress leave my body! amazing!
Other types of lily's also have the same chemical in them, but they don't grow back the same day.
Since this type of lily only flowers for one day, and the next day a new flower comes up, the damage to the park is minimal.
Eating flowers is so cool.

I am getting a decent sound out of my ney flute.
I might be performing with it soon.
Anyone who has tried to play the ney knows how hard it is to get a sound out of it.
That's probably how it got it's name, can you get a sound? ney...
