It is my pleasure to know and be friends with the beautiful shining star that we are blessed to have on this planet ,in the flesh, at this time in history, otherwise known as Katchi,--(-Shoobi-) . She has an angelic gift of Tarot reading, with cards she has handmade that HAVE to be seen . The little missy(she may be short but she is huge) uses the angels to help her make personal oils just for the individual she makes them for,with no two being the same. In Guatemala people were going crazy for the chakra oils she made special for each chakra, boy I love that crown one.I adore this lady and all the gifts she has, plus she actually thinks I'm funny! Kat is a very talented artist. In the mondane world, a possessor of two degrees, who lives her life as she wants. In the larger realm of life, she creates extraordinary outifts, dances in a way to make you see the spitirtual, and is an empathic and strong seeker of enlightenment, both for hereslf as well as for others. Those who know her are blessed to have her in their lives.

There is a course I would like to take A pathway to self, per say. A routine to my inner workings by ways of nurturing. It is so easy to deprive the self, to deny the body... not so easy to deny the mind or the emotions, So where does one go with oneself? Which pathway do we take? Can I hear the voice that doesn't find strength in faith enough to fly? Where are you in there? Whose voice are you retelling, reliving? Do you think you are invisible, or mute? Can you see yourself in the midst of mirrors? We resist, and yet it persists in us because we cannot let go. Some sense of stability in this chaotic world.....a token of knowsion....is all we long for and yet we must become our own raft, and drift to the shore....or swim.
Open the door, take a peek outside...get a deep breath to fill you up inside...find a flower do it again...take this moment to take it all in....Saturate yourself with the good stuff! Blessed Be every moment!

Nia is a one hour class which encorporates many modalities of movement...a combination of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. If you are interested in participating...or have a space you know of that we could practice in...preferably with mirrors...please contact me! I look forward to dancing with you!!!! KD 
Since my Mother's death, I have found myself struggling to keep speed with a raging river...I look out at those around me...too busy in life to see my struggle...it takes all my energy not to be taken under....everytime I come up gasping for air I hear them telling me to keep swimming....No one has thrown in a rope. Too busy in life to find time to take in where I've been...instead they cheer me on. So tired and worn I let go and began riding this emotion....I became aware of my own rythm, my own agility to ride the waves....I let the water move what I could not move myself...I landed in a sunny spot...and let it all sink in...I let the earth give me support, the sun give me warmth, the wind blow the chatter away...I breathed it all in...and healed a void inside myself no words could ever fill...a sacred space for the seed of my spirit to take root and sprout.

I am finding my way through this window that the universe has opened for me...excited I move forward into the unknown. An update on moi....? I start me Nia white belt intensive next week! Finally found a form I believe I can use to help people reach a space I go when I dance....so blessed am I to have found a way back to who I am... and and and!!!!!! I am beginning the Integrated Aromatherapy Course so I can finally get some certification behind my Aromagic passions!!!! and more is on the horizon dear hearts....thank you! Your words are like songs I play in my head when I need a strength I can not recognize in myself....thank you for feeding my fire, I feel your prayers in the air around me and breath it in.
