Life is so intoxicating in the here-now! Each step of the journey to this present moment has been so decadently blessed with the sweetest nectar of existence. My heart overflows with awe and gratitude. The future is so enticing in it's infinitely expanding capacity for dream manifestation... OH YES!!! Seduced by the Beloved, I am drunk on the eternal flow of unconditional love. LIFE!!! Breath, the succulent exchange of divine essence, in and out, in and out...the spiraling dance of opposites; yin and yang, man and woman, give and receive, lover and Beloved-- are ONE. The ultimate realization brings ecstatic union to the dualistic perception. The tremoring vibration of wholeness permeates every cell, every planet, every microcosm, every macrocosm, exploding and imploding...and finally stillness. The cosmic orgasm of divine communion releases me into a state of all pervasive peace. Silence. Space-the canvas for the fractal expressions of a common source that is beyond intellectual comprehension. I float in this space and remember who I am-- and I give thanks for the physical manifestation with which I can sense the divine. I give thanks for my emotional and mental manifestations with which I can weave a tapestry of a chosen identity that is molded by each step on this life's path. May I take each step on this blessed journey in the fullness of presence and self-realization. Mmmmmm Life... ~Halo
Worship by cultivating nine fields:

Diet. Herbs. Clothing. Recitation. Movement. Meditation. Creativity. Teaching. And most important: Compassion. Worship is not a matter of making obeisance to a god. It is a matter of achieving godlike qualities in yourself. This is done through the cultivation of nine areas: Diet should be moderate, healthy, and of living foods. If you want to be sustained, eat things that themselves sustained life. Learn to use herbs, for they heal and maintain health. Be moderate in your clothing; wear natural fibers. What you wear is an expression of your state of mind. Recitation includes prayer, song, chanting, and finally, the practice of silence. What you say becomes reality. Stretch, move, and exercise every day. The universe moves; so too should the energy within your body. Meditate every day-once in the morning and once in the evening if possible. Only then will you achieve tranquility and triumph over your dilemmas. Be creative. Thus we contribute, and thus we elevate our souls. Acquire a good education. Treasure what you learn, and preserve it so that it may be passed on to others. Never be selfish with what you know. Above all, be compassionate. This is a stand against all evil, and it opens your spirit. People ask, "How can I worship properly?" Cultivate these nine fields. ~Deng Ming-Dao
Be the celebrators, celebrate! Already there is too much--the flowers have bloomed, the birds are singing, the sun is there in the sky--celebrate it! You are breathing and you are alive and you have consciousness, celebrate it! Then suddenly you relax; then there is no tension, then there is no anguish. The whole energy that becomes anguish becomes gratitude. Your whole heart goes on beating with a deep thankfulness--that is prayer. That's all prayer is about, a heart beating with a deep thankfulness.
