TANTRIC POLYAMORY: SACRED SEXUAL PATHWAY TO PLANETARY PEACE by Janet Kara Lessin I'm Janet Kara Lessen and I channel Janet, Ninmah, Kara (a much higher being who sits on the right hand of God/Goddess/ Source). Stewart Swerdlow writes in "Blue Blood, True Blood", pg. 70, "When two or more people simultaneously engage in intense, sexual activity, the energy to manifest the goal of the event is multiplied. This is why group sex and orgies have been promoted for centuries. Because male body energy is more powerful than female body energy, the Illuminati [the cabal that secretly rules the world] prefer a minimum of two males performing with a single female because of the semen". Stewart goes on to explain, "Satanic rituals such as the Reptilian religious service called the "Religious Rite", is performed on specific high holy days or nights of the year to invoke astral entities or demons for the purpose of fulfilling Illuminati control agendas. These rituals are performed on specific energy centers of the Earth where the energy can more easily enter into the morphogenic field and replicate everywhere. The morphogenic field is similar to the Earth's chakra system and DNA. The grid amplifies and reproduces the energetic effect like a hologram at all other points on the grid". Years of Illuminati rituals and focus on manifesting particular events or objects, have literally hijacked our reality and created an agenda that's other than the original intention of our species. For thousands of years, the operating system for the planet has been a Matrix designed by the power elite to control and enslave humanity through the manipulation of the planet's economy, information and resources. Do not be fooled for a moment. We have always had a global government with a central control and separate religions and governments are simply ploys to keep us separate from one another and in a constant state of war. As a result, we live in a dark world, a paradigm of greed, death, destruction and evil that's been quarantined by the Federation of Planets to protect them from us. The Federation's poised now, waiting to see if we will self destruct or evolve to the next highest level where they can welcome us into their society of love. What can we do to overcome this seemingly endless reign of terror? Luckily, we too can access these energies, focus on what we desire and create a new world of love and light worthy of acceptance by the Federation. When poly pods perform tantric rituals with the proper set, setting, focus and intention, they can reset the timeline (reality) to orgiastic, ecstatic states and redirect consciousness. Together they set our species once again on a course of love and light connected to Source. Satanic forces use the power of the group, the magic number being 13. "The number 13 has a great significance to the Illuminati. They know there are 12 types of energies that pass through the 10 aspects of God-Mind. The totality of the 12 energies equals a 13th energy. To counteract the Illumanti, ideally tantric poly pods would gather in groups of 13 as well, composed of 12 couples, gender balanced and a 13th who would act as a facilitator. These groups would study tantra to the point they have a good understanding of it then gather together on holy days, like Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween, Spring and Fall equinox and Winter and Summer solstice for rituals. Over time they'd become comfortable enough with one another to orgasm for hours in sacred union with a strong focus on overcoming the negative effects of the Illuminati and creating a lasting world peace that honors and respects all peoples. But we must act fast. We're running out of time. When a planet and its occupants are in alignment with God/Goddess/ Source, balance is restored and authentic peace, a true peace that respects life, consciousness, the planet: land, oceans, air and all its creatures, permeates at all levels. Such worlds of utter peace, tranquility and beauty really exist. I personally have explored these worlds in astral states during sleep, meditation and tantric orgasm. Many others, like Timothy Leary, Terrance McKenna and Michael Pinchbeck( "2012, The Return of Quetzalcoatl" ) report accessing these utopian worlds when in altered states after ingesting entheogens. It doesn't matter what method you chose to achieve these levels of bliss. There are many way to experience Oneness with God and our union with one another without having to physically die. These secret ways of union have been written about for millenia. References to tantra go all the way back to Sumer, humanity's first civilization. Ancient spiritual practices instruct us how to directly know Source and feel our Oneness with each other, the world and the Universe. Religions and governments have suppressed these teachings because they can't tax or tithe independent beings free of the Matrix. Religions have been obfuscated by greedy, fear-based leaders and used to redirect followers from their original purposes of reconnecting to the Divine so that they could be more easily controlled and manipulated. When we are one with God, we need no intermediary to talk to Source. But god, the small, insecure beings that masqueraded as Source, needed to trick the masses as we are too numerous to control otherwise. But if we realize who we truly are, once outside this artificially enforced paradigm, a timeline a fear, hatred, greed, hostility, violence and war, we no longer believe in the system. If enough of us get free of the Matrix, the system will collapse and all of creation will be set free. All closed systems eventually experience a perturbation. It's inevitable. We could be the perturbation for humanity so we can at last experience a reality where we have freedom to chose who and what we really want to be outside cultural conditioning and massive religious programming. We can be like the Phoenix rising. We can assist the collapse of chaos so that it may reorganize into a higher level of order for the highest good of all. We, as the observer-participan t, the co-creator of God, seemingly hurl through space and time, lifetime after lifetime can chose to perceive this system of chaos, collapse, reorder, order as negative or positive, unconsciously or consciously. There are many worlds and species outside the Earth Matrix who view planetary systems and the evolution of corporeal life consciously. We, as individuals, at any given time can declare peace for ourselves. As a role model, we can create peace for our friends, family, community and world. We can become personally responsible and create the reality we truly desire. I invite this higher order of love, light and connection to Source and other more evolved beings to come into my consciousness, here, now in this moment, in this reality. I encourage the rest of you to access this new possibility, even if all you can do is IMAGINE it for a moment. If enough of us pierce the veil of forgetfulness, remember who we are, make direct contact with Source, plug back into the Big Kahuna, the supercomputer of love and LIFE, we will see that the Emperor has no clothes, and leaders like Bush and his cronies will disappear, fade and a new world of light, love and respect for all consciousness will emerge. In a twinkle of time, a flash of love, the Federation of Love and Light will reveal themselves and allow the quarantine to be lifted from our world. We, humanity, will be invited to join them to explore the stars and have access to technologies that will heal the world's woes. Our giant Anunnaki fathers feared us tiny, hybrid humans because we are actually more evolved than they. Our planet, Mother Earth (Gaia, Ki) is a great, loving being, more highly evolved than Nibiru, the Anunaki's home world. We share DNA with the Earth as we have evolved from her elements. Nibiru's a visitor to this world. Nibiru originated from another solar system and does not have the benefit of the love that's been shared between Solaris (Ra) our Father and Earth (Ki), our Mother. They are the parents of the other planets in our solar system. Nibiru, an adopted child, comes from elsewhere and is not as evolved in many ways. In our culture of instant gratification spiritual seekers often want to leapfrog over the work of the lower chakras. Some seekers ar lured by the promise of exotic experiences. Yin/Yang and Tantra

The Temperaments of Men and Women The ancient Taoist philosophers from China taught that a woman's energy comes from the heavens and moves down, through her body and that a man's moves from the earth and up, through his body. This is a veiled way of saying that women want love and heart connection first then they will warm up to the idea of sexual activity and that men want sexual activity first and then they will warm up to love and heart connection. This single idea provides a summation for what many couples feel they experience about each other's temperaments in sexual partnerships. The Ancient Yin/Yang Symbol Yin and Yang The sexual war of the sexes; she needs heart connection before she wants to have sexual connection; he needs sex before he wants to have heart connection. You have seen the symbol of the Yin/Yang circle with the light and the dark intersecting halves that curl around each other. This symbol is a representation of both the world and the individual. Living in this world you encounter sadness, violence, hurt, and what modern psychologists call the "shadow". It is present in each of our individual lives also. You have your parts that you feel safer hiding from a person close to you and on the other hand you have the great parts that you are proud of and want to share. This is called the "light" and can be seen in people everywhere when they are generous, compassionate, and loving toward others around them. Proceeding In the Face of Opposites Understanding that these oppositions are in each of us and that the world is constructed this way helps to calm the fears and move us forward in finding new ways to love. Learning new positions is one of the best ways to deconstruct the anomaly of opposites. Your choice of positions can have a major influence on your Yin/Yang relationship. Yin is Taoist for the feminine or receptive principle. Yang is the male or active principle. The position you choose, and its appropriateness for your particular needs, can make the difference in whether you experience a female-male "energy dance" or a "war of the sexes." When a woman opens up her sexual repertoire to include trying on positions where she is on top and in control, she becomes the "male" principle or the yang one in the sex act at that moment. This empowers her, and can give her a growing confidence in taking a more sexually active role. When the male is on the bottom, he can move into his more Yin or feminine side. This takes the heat off, so to speak. He can relax. He doesn't have to be in charge and perform. The simple act of trying a new position can often be transformative for a relationship. Yin/Yang in Everyday Life Moving these principles forward to extend into your everyday actions can be challenging for some people. The woman who refuses to check her own car's oil, help plant the family garden, drive the car while going somewhere with her man, or explore understanding of the household plumbing is not a very integrated person. If she is caught up in how she looks at all times and portrays herself as the helpless, un-capable feminine woman she will draw to her a man who embodies her opposite. She will then complain bitterly that he doesn't listen, can't "feel", and is insensitive. Without having the stressful push to become a "super woman" or a "super man" learn to say yes to a variety of experiences and responsibilities in life. Look to see if something you are being asked to do is an opportunity to expand who you are in ways that may be a little challenging. Creating an erotic, sensual striptease for your lover after putting your children to bed with a great bedtime story embodies the balance in a life lived fully. For men, the male force you must surmount is the one to be the leader, the "doer", the macho man, and the action figure. The key, for instance, in learning to have multiple orgasmic peaks is to completely relax while in high states of arousal. This is a very "yin" or feminine energy. Being vulnerable to the idea of not knowing everything or having all the answers is a valuable position to be in. Practice with letting your intuition lead sometimes is a wonderful lesson in expanding a more "feminine" perspective.

Discerning Truth

The following are some guidelines for recognizing truth. · If something is true, it does not generate fear or create harm. · Truth exists outside of linear time, yet you access it in present time. · When someone insists that only their religion or philosophy is right, they are not presenting truth but energies of exclusion and control. · If something of supposed merit appears false when you first hear it, or you are unsure of whether to trust it, be open to the possibility that the idea could be partly or wholly true. · With information that appears to be at least partially true, inquire within yourself to discover what aspect is true so you do not unconsciously digest the whole package as true. · When someone shares a truth of what has helped them personally, be willing to hear their sharing without judgment, allowing your own inner wisdom and life experience to show you if and how it applies to you. Be careful of taking in anyone else's truth as your own without first investigating it fully.

If there is any implication of unequal spiritual opportunity between men and women in the lessons on matters of sexual energy, it was certainly not intended. Both sexes have equal opportunity for enlightenment. It is our destiny, equally shared. However, there are some differences in biological mechanics. A man will lose much more lifeforce (prana) during orgasm (ejaculation) than a woman will, while a woman will lose less in orgasm. Some say women actually gain from orgasm, yet it has been shown that multiple female orgasms will eventually lead to a depletion of lifeforce also. These are mechanics rooted in the biology of reproductive function. That difference is what the lessons are speaking of. But it is not an indication of spiritual inequality. Only a difference in roles during the reproductive function. The key to spiritual advancement from the sexual angle is not much about orgasm anyway. Neither is it about reproductive sex, except to modify the act (if it is occurring) for spiritual purpose. It is about preservation and cultivation of sexual energy (brahmacharya as described in lesson T9). Once that is addressed via tantric methods, the differences in biological mechanics of orgasm and lifeforce flow between the sexes become transparent, and the opportunity for inner transformation is equal and mutually supportive. The task at hand in spiritual sexual relations is "preorgasmic cultivation." In this, both sexes are on the same playing field utilizing the methods for achieving this discussed in the lessons. Reproductive sexual urges (the giving and receiving of the seed) are let go in favor of preorgasmic cultivation, which serves the spiritual transformation of both sexes equally. Then both sexes are involved in an inner lovemaking as much as an outer one. By transforming the love act to that a substantial amount of the time, both sexes are engaged equally in the process of transformation going on in each person individually. That is what these tantra lessons are intending to convey, along with the specific means, and I hope that clears it up. As mentioned in the lessons, the sexual relations aspects of practice (labeled "tantra") are in support of the broader range of yoga practices, including deep meditation, spinal breathing, etc. There is overlap between sitting practices and tantra when we get into mulabandha, sambhavi, siddhasana and kechari, all which act on the sexual energy as well. Dealing with sexual energy is inevitable in yoga, as it is the primary energy of the ecstatic side of the enlightenment equation -- kundalini. The other side is inner silence, pure bliss consciousness, cultivated mainly in deep meditation and samyama. Together, inner silence and ecstatic conductivity (kundalini) go to make the union of inner polarities in the nervous system that is represented metaphorically by the union of shiva and shakti. What we end up with is unending unshakable inner silence, ecstatic bliss, and outpouring divine love. It is the same destination for both women and men. Q2: That cleared it up. Yes, of course you are right, both sexes definitely lose some energy. I mean, after all, it is about channeling the energy upwards rather than just letting it out and wasting it. I read somewhere that when sexual energy goes to the crown and exits the body it becomes divine energy, and that sexual energy is nothing but divine energy, except much coarser. Am I right? I guess I got confused, as you mentioned at one point in the lessons that a woman might not be able to reach higher realms because of multiple orgasms, and I am sure you meant that for men too. But I guess I read only for the women's part and wanted to clarify on it as I didn't read initially the men's part. But now I understand what you meant that both in their own way have loss of energy. Also, are multiple orgasms natural or yogic in nature, as in the process? You had asked the question and had said that in fact that had grown to a debate over the years. Could you illustrate a bit on that? You mentioned women have this naturally. Would that in a way make it yogic in process considering it is natural, or the way nature intends it to be? In that sense, everything in us is there as part of the plan, if that makes sense. The question is, how does one use the multiple orgasm to benefit the yogic practice, and is it beneficial on its own? Would love to hear more on this as that part interested me the most. I don't even know whether I have multiple orgasms or if it's just one. I really wish I knew the difference. A2: Yes, both men and women have energy drain from reproductive sex and orgasms. It is most often the man, because he will usually reach climax first before the woman will be spent. For the woman, "spent" would mean several more orgasms, or maybe what may seem like one very long one. That greater staying power in a woman is natural for reproduction -- the purpose being for the seed to be drawn into the womb. This is why I said the woman is "superior" in the reproductive sex act, meaning she will draw the seed from the man. "Superior" is only a relative term, as applied to the ability to last a long time in the sex act. The woman has the natural advantage in that in reproductive sex, because it is the planting of the seed. Mother Earth won't stop until the seed is planted. The survival of the species depends on it, yes? Once the man has control of his seed, then he can take the lead in lengthening the sex act. That is when a woman will have much longer arousal and possible multiple orgasms, or whatever it is that happens orgasmically in that situation. But, just as it is not tantric for the man to be spent quickly, neither is it tantric for the woman to be spent orgasmically. The typical scenario for developing tantra over time is: 1. Man masters his seed and can eventually delay orgasm indefinitely. 2. Woman is then subject to longer stimulation, which can yield extended or multiple orgasms. 3. Man and woman work together to both stay in front of orgasm for long periods. That is tantric sex. The goal is long preorgasmic cultivation, which means lovemaking is conducted so both stay in front of orgasm. That is the fundamental principle behind tantric sexual methods. It is also the principle behind tantric masturbation, siddhasana and all methods relating to cultivation of sexual energy. So, multiple orgasms for women are not yogic, just as too many ejaculations for men are not yogic. This does not mean that orgasm is taboo and can never be enjoyed. It only means that the more time we spend cultivating in front of orgasm, the better it is for spiritual development, in conjunction with our regular sitting yoga practices -- meditation, spinal breathing, etc. There is no reason why a woman cannot cultivate with her lover (or alone in masturbation) for a long time preorgasmically, and then explore fully her multiple orgasms also. Doing so would be for the joy of knowing what one can experience, but not a good long- term yoga strategy, as it is energetically degenerative, just as excessive male ejaculations are. Conversely, long preorgasmic sexual stimulation is energetically regenerative, and desirable. Advanced tantra practitioners may have little or no need for going to orgasm, and forego it altogether, even in lovemaking, because the spiritual ecstasy and fulfillment coming up become so much greater. Sex becomes internally spiritualized and far exceeds genital orgasm in its scope and duration, eventually becoming a permanent feature of daily life. That permanent state of unwavering ecstatic bliss is the goal of both yoga and tantric sexual practices. Yet, reproductive sex is never lost, and is always an option. It becomes a matter of choice rather than necessity. That is a liberation for both men and women. Once our energy goes above the pelvis, it is no longer in the sexual realm. It is spiritual in the middle and upper body, even if it still feels sexual in the pelvic region at the same time, as it usually will during tantric practices, including siddhasana, which is used throughout sitting practices by advanced yogis and yoginis. So the energy becomes spiritually ecstatic long before reaching the crown. The whole concept and practice of sexual stimulation by any means becomes sacred in that (preorgasmic) mode. Spiritual energy is sexual energy that has been transformed to a higher purpose. By the way, the crown is not necessarily the best place to go with the energy until much later in yogic development, due to the potential for instability from a premature crown opening, which can lead to physical and/or emotional problems, unbalanced energies, unwanted visions, etc. See the topic index for lessons on "crown opening (avoiding premature)." Spinal breathing and other methods are for proper channeling of our inner energy to be progressive and safe between root and third eye, rather than to crown. The crown comes much later in the AYP approach, after a lot of prerequisite purification has been achieved. We Are What We Seek

Kashmiri thought is articulated in a series of simple affirmations: You are Shiva-Shakti. Shiva-Shakti is the Self. The universe is the play of your conscience From this, it flows naturally that there is no stain, no purification, no divinity outside the Self; no practice, no ritual and nothing separate from ourselves to attain. Consciousness is totality; totality is consciousness. The whole quest becomes oriented toward the interior in order to allow the emergence of this unfragmented, perfect, and unalterable consciousness, which is recognized in each one of us. Suddenly there is no longer intercessor, distance, or separation. It thus becomes a matter of freeing consciousness from the opacities that lead us to believe we are separate, solitary, unworthy entities. Even if we are not obsessed by the divine - which ultimately is but an image of our absolute Self - we find through this quest that the unity we long for is already present within us. What follows is a total easing of the body and mind, a harmony, a profound joy that every human being dreams of experiencing, because everyone knows that happiness is not dependent upon the accumulation of powers or possessions. "You are what you seek," the Tantric masters say. The quest for this simple bliss, free from dogmas and religious beliefs, from submission to a priesthood, and from the hope of being sanctified by others, is the object of each person's search. This is a secular path par excellence. We simply want independence, harmony, a continual and deep enjoyment of the world that no fear or anxiety can tarnish. The objective is simple. It can be shared by all people, be they materialist or be they attracted to it by spirituality, because this longing for happiness is everyone's. Attaining it is difficult because it will be not submitted to the least romanticism. This longing for happiness is founded on the acceptance of our solitude, thanks to which we will realize that we are connected to everything. Belonging to groups often generates a kind of narcosis that gives us the illusion of sharing something missing from all the members of the group as individuals: completeness. Our main fear - fear of dissolution, of being nothing - keeps us from realizing that when we think we are one particular thing, and therefore isolated, we indeed become only that thing and lose the rest. In accepting that we are nothing, we gain the world. This logical progression is the key to the Tantric vision and to the creative role of desires and passions, which through our sensorality are seen as the fastest steed, like messengers for leading us to the Self. We must, however, agree on the way in which the Tantrics view desires and passions, and how they live them in an absolute manner. The first question that bears asking is this: Is it possible to lead our whole lives with passion, and thus avoid feeling the earthquakes of passion's emergence into a life that has previously negated it? Many reasonable people would answer that passion inevitably leads to suffering. Indeed, the word passion comes from the Latin passio, which means "suffering." This is a warped view that we are subjected to from a very early age. Adding to it is the fact that in general, those who attempt the experience of continual passion get burned, suffer, and fade away. We lack, therefore, any convincing examples and decide that it is more prudent to enter the passionate spheres only in those brief, inevitable moments when they overwhelm us, at which point we will draw from these life reservoirs in a despairing, hopeless way. These violently abrupt changes exhaust us. The Tantric vision, on the other hand, is made of continuity in experience. We have all experienced the profound inner tremoring of existence for a few seconds or a few hours. If we examine our past, we will remember having been, during our childhood or adolescence, completely connected to the world. Remembering this ecstatic communion with a person or an object will prepare us to go farther in accepting the passion of existence. The more I immerse myself in Tantrism, the more I feel it is possible to find, in our culture as well, traces of this freedom, of this return to the source of existence, to simplicity, to the fundamental experience of the I Am that all people can share. There is no doubt for me that this manner of gliding toward freedom and original ecstasy through the senses, desire, and passion can find echoes of itself in all the traditions when they are deeply understood. If I have chosen to plunge into the Kashmiri tradition, it is simply because this seemed to me the most direct path. To a degree I have also followed it because it was incarnated by a woman, the yogini Lalita Devi. I saw in this tradition a tribute to our most anciently held memory, the divinity of woman, and likewise an homage to today's woman, who carries this divinity within her and is able to transmit the deep feeling of this divinity to the sensitive and wonder-filled men whom she welcomes into her body. Thus, in presenting the principles of the Kashmiri path in relation to the senses, desires, and passions, my hope is that I might revive this memory in those belonging to other traditions so that they may meet in their own sources this remarkable life force and integrate it into their daily lives with total presence to reality. Breath: Door of Our Sensorality If presence to sensations, emotions, and thoughts is to reach plenitude, everything must start with awareness of the breath. Rather than devoting ourselves from the start to breathing exercises, the Tantra masters advise us to become conscious of the manner in which we breathe. This one act of consciousness will calm and deepen the breath. There are never any new behaviors to apply, because the masters believe that nothing deep can be developed starting from the unconscious. When we have become conscious of our way of breathing, we can allow the breath to find its proper place and its plenitude, very progressively encouraging complete breathing - on the condition that the process be founded on the emergence of consciousness and not on the idea of "doing," of applying a technique to obtain an effect. Nothing is done in Tantric yoga to obtain some future gratification; on the contrary, it offers "practices" whose fruits are immediately present in "the practice" itself. In this way we breathe solely to experience the profound harmony of breathing - nothing else. Every morning, as soon as I awaken, while still in bed, I bring my awareness to my abdominal breathing and my pelvis. Perfectly at ease and relaxed, hands on my chest, fingers on my sternum, legs open, I feel my abdominal muscles relaxing as I gently and peacefully inhale while I fill my belly, releasing the sacrum backward and arching my lower back with the inhalation. After a slight pause, I exhale, drawing my stomach muscles back in and pushing my sacrum forward as if I were making love to a goddess or a god. Gradually, I become conscious of the effects of this breathing on my diaphragm, which undulates like a jellyfish in the warm waters of the ocean. After a few weeks of this awareness of my breath - which develops into conscious breathing - I regularly become conscious of this breathing again and again, and I allow it to blossom and open. When I leave my home, when I walk down the street, when I arrive at work, when a natural break occurs between two moments of concentration. Whenever I have to go from one place to another; I use this movement to my benefit by taking a few steps while deeply feeling my breath. When I take a break for lunch, I again put myself in consciousness of my breath. Before an important meeting, I "place myself" through abdominal breathing. During the meeting, I return regularly to my breath, I allow my pelvis to relax, release my muscles deeply. It is much more important to become conscious of the breath many times a day than to attempt to practice for too long at a time. All the "micropractices" of Tantric yoga are done for five, ten, or thirty seconds followed by a conscious return to the habitual manner of living or doing things. This pulling back or withdrawing of attention is crucial, because it allows us not to get lost in automatic activity while believing we are doing our practice. At first, I try to be present to my breath ten to twenty times a day. Little by little, to the degree that this awareness brings me pleasure, I let the number of times I become aware of the breath increase to a hundred times a day and more. Pleasure is an essential element of Tantric practice, because once we find pleasure in presence, we have a natural tendency to return to it. It is thus no longer a practice but a way in which to savor life and our sensorality more fully, and this is the basis of all the subsequent practices. The effects of conscious breathing or partially conscious breathing are extraordinary: *decrease in stress *development of sensory sensitivity *more regular sleep *general equilibrium of the body *regular blood and lymph flow *calmness, equilibrium *improved mental capacity *mini rests distilled over the whole of the day *improved concentration *more precise physical movements *feelings of plenitude and joy. Once conscious breathing replaces automatic breathing, you will feel a complete change in your way of perceiving the world. Fears and anxieties about relationships with others will disappear; you will have a profound feeling of being connected to the Earth, the impression that we call "having your feet on the ground." The success of the later practices, all of which deal with full consciousness of the sensations, depends uniquely upon the ability to breathe consciously. This is so important that certain Tantric masters limit their teachings to the practice of breathing. The Buddha himself, in the Anapanasati Sutra, bases his teaching on the practice of full consciousness of the breath: "The practice of full awareness of breathing, if developed and practiced continuously, will lead to perfect accomplishment..." The great seventeenth-century Zen master Man-An wrote, in his "Elementarv Talk on Zen": "When you breathe out, know you are breathing out; when you breathe in, know you are breathing in. Focus your consciousness on your breathing, not letting consciousness go up or down or out or in, not thinking discursively, not making intellectual or emotional interpretations, not trying to figure anything out, simply being aware of outgoing and incoming breath, not missing a single breath." from the book: Desire: The Tantric Path to Awakening by Daniel Odier

Introduction. Most sex is harmful on a deep level, even if it feels very good. The experience depletes the partners, even if they do not realize it. This occurs because sex involves subtle energy exchanges, of which most people are unaware. Women are often more sensitive and aware of energy exchanges than men. Depletion through unconscious sex causes numerous health and emotional problems. Relationships deteriorate as ill will develops. Sex becomes mainly a physical release, or a competition for dominance, or some become discouraged and avoid it altogether. Many people switch partners, looking for just the right one, when really they seek a healthful energy exchange. This article is about a lesser-known alternative called Lemurian tantric yoga. Unlike the tantra found in most books on the subject, it is not just about conscious sex. It is about understanding the way subtle energies blend during sex so that the experience will be both fulfilling physically and healing as well. Tantric Sex: Tantric sex may be defined as that experience in which partners are more aware and knowingly create their experience. This cooperative sex requires equality, respect and knowledge. It is most difficult in casual relationships or with multiple partners, as it takes time and some effort to know anotherís needs. Conscious sex and deferred gratification satisfy deeply, especially for women. Lemurian Tantric Sex: An extension of tantric sex and a potent healing science is Lemurian tantric sex. Lemuria was an ancient continent in located in the Pacific ocean where the practice first developed. Alone or with a partner, it consists of a series of exercises that greatly benefit the body and develop the subtle bodies, promoting spiritual development. The subtle bodies are unseen clusters of energy that surround the physical body. They are often referred to as the aura, or the astral or etheric bodies. A total of six major subtle bodies can develop around a person as he or she develops spiritually. The basis for Lemurian tantra is the divinity or spiritual nature of the human body and the sacredness of all relationships. The word sacred means honored, elevated and holy. Understanding sacredness, all Lemurian tantra is undertaken within a framework of a committed relationship. In Lemurian tantra, two types of marriage protect the partners emotionally. When two people wish to explore a relationship, they declare a bond marriage. They agree the relationship is exclusive, they will produce no children and either partner can end the relationship by properly informing the other partner. If the relationship flourishes after six months to two years, it can be converted to a sacred marriage. This is similar except the couple can produce children, and it is a more permanent union. This system prevents many heart breaks and unwanted pregnancies. Through this system of dual marriage, many difficulties can be overcome and civilization can rise to new heights. BENEFITS OF LEMURIAN TANTRIC SEX Lemurian tantric practices repair the physical body and help develop the subtle bodies. They balance the subtle energy system and remove physical and emotional toxins. This greatly enhances health and prolongs life. Man-woman relationships are the basis for society. Through tantric practice they are entirely transformed. Healing and spiritual development become the focus. All those around them benefit greatly. Lemurian tantra helps couples, families, communities and society. Sex and the Subtle Bodies. Every person has seven bodies. The lower bodies are the physical, astral and etheric. Astral and etheric compose the aura. The upper bodies are the mental, causal, monadic and spiritual. All the subtle bodies are larger than the physical. They extend up to 1000 feet beyond the physical body. When two live together, their subtle bodies blend to a greater degree. Their sharing is deepest in relationships that are sexual. The etheric content is beliefs, attitudes and judgments. Feelings and emotional traumas compose the astral body. Partnersí subtle body content may be complementary. Strengths in one may compensate for weaknesses in the other, and teamwork may occur on a subtle level. At work, in sports or in marriages, teamwork involves blending of subtle energies. If, however, health and spiritual levels differ greatly, blending can be harmful. One may pick up negativity, trauma or the illness of the other. This causes anxiety, depression or physical symptoms in sensitive people. For this reason, one needs to choose carefully oneís intimate partner. The Chakras. Intimacy also powerfully impacts the chakras. Whirling centers of subtle energy, the chakras maintain the health of the physical body. Located along the axis of the spine, they blend when bodies are in contact. The spin of the stronger personís charkas powerfully affects the spin of the weaker personís charkas. As the chakras become larger with spiritual development, they impact each other even more. Intercourse has a much greater impact on the chakras than simple hugging or kissing. Inserting the penis in the vagina completes a circuit that deeply connects the partners. Therapeutic possibilities are greater as are harmful consequences from energetic clashes. Inserting the tongue in the otherís mouth during intercourse increases the effect. A sexual encounter affects the chakras for several weeks. Women are often more aware of the impact of sex, though the majority have no idea exactly what transpired. They are often weaker and therefore more affected by the encounter. Women need much more gentle sexual contact than men offer, as a general rule. Women often secretly hate men for not understanding their sexual needs. This is unfortunate, as what they really seek is a proper blending of the charkas and aura which would satisfy deeply. The chakras should spin in opposite directions in men and women. Like gears that are engaged, embracing sexually should enhance the chakra spin, with a healing effect. This principle is called induction. For example, in the wiring of a transformer, the current in one set of wires induces a current in the other winding. In an automatic transmission in a car, the spinning of a bladed plate in a fluid medium transmits power to another bladed plate that faces it, but has no direct contact with the first except through the fluid medium. In both cases, energy sent through one side induces a response from the other Lemurian tantra employs this principle for healing through sexual union. However, most people are unaware of chakra blending and their intimate contacts are harmful rather than helpful. Often, one partnerís charkas are reversed and the experience depletes one or the other partner. It is like engaging gears that do not mesh. In other cases, both partners have charkas spinning in reverse. When both partnersí spins are backwards, relationships can seem to thrive. Coming together feels wonderful, but in fact sexual contact reinforces an unhealthy pattern that eventually causes emotional and physical problems. The reversed chakras mutually reinforce each other, as when two gears mesh because both are rotating backwards. CORRECTING THE CHAKRA SPIN The chakras spin properly at birth. Childhood emotional traumas and physical imbalances cause the spin to reverse in most people. Some people survive childhood with the chakra spin intact, or work on themselves to re-establish the proper spin. Unfortunately, many enter relationship with some or all of the charkas spinning in reverse. Emotional healing and spiritual development require that the chakras begin to spin correctly. In a relationship, as one partner begins to mature, his or her chakras begin to switch direction. Development requires improving the diet and lifestyle, and changing oneís attitudes. Often the weaker partner develops first. This occurs because when one is in excellent physical condition, one enjoys life too much to care about spiritual development. Pain and suffering are what drive most people to self-improvement. As one person develops, the interaction with the other partnerís reversed chakras will hold the developing person back. The result is emotional and physical difficulties and discord. Sexual contact now causes the developing personís chakras to revert to their previous spin. Spiritual development halts and they may feel drained, anxious, angry or depressed. Neither partner knows what has occurred. The energetic shift affects not only sex but all their interactions. Possible outcomes are: 1) the relationship ends 2) the weaker developing partner becomes ill and may die 3) the developing partner gives up and reverts to the old ways in order to hold on to the relationship 4) occasionally the developing partner pressures the other to develop as well 5) an unhappy truce is called. Sex and loving cease, partners shut down emotionally and the two live more like roommates, doing their best to get along and stay out of each others way. The latter is all too common, often displayed in public as ëthe happy marriageí. In other instances, the stronger partner develops first. Now contact, especially sexual contact, forces the weaker oneís chakras to spin the other way. This, too, is liable to cause discord in a relationship. If the weaker partner is capable of spiritual development and allows it, the relationship can remain energetically viable. If this occurs, the relationship will have a therapeutic effect on the weaker partner. Otherwise, the same outcomes as in the paragraph above will occur. Energy Vampirism. Chakra interactions between people can also be used to intentionally or unconsciously drain anotherís energy. This is called energy vampirism. The one acting as a vampire may have discovered the techniques for stealing energy accidentally, often in childhood. Anger can also teach a person how to steal the energy of others. Often it is not done consciously. Energy vampirism through subtle energy manipulation occurs in every area of human activity, from friends and lovers to preachers and politicians. Many parents drain their childrenís energy. Some children allow it and become ill while others rebel. Some become unable to take it any more and may kill themselves or another. In general, those who drain otherís energy have had their own energy drained earlier in life by siblings, parents or sexual partners. As a result, they do not know how to function on their own energy and learn to depend on stealing energy from others. Like some beggars or welfare recipients, they have become dependent in unhealthy ways. To steal energy requires causing chakras that are spinning normally to go into reverse, or causing backward-spinning chakras to spin faster. One way to do this is by upsetting another. This technique is used all the time by parents, teachers, doctors, preachers and in friendships and relationships. The effects are more powerful in sexual relationships because the partnersí chakras are in close contact. Often this occurs unconsciously. The victimized partner usually has no idea what is going on except to feel more tired or weaker after an encounter, particularly a sexual one. A few people seem naturally protected from energy vampires. Learning about the chakras and Lemurian tantric principles can help to protect oneself and to correct a problem in a relationship, assuming the partner is willing to change. A significant amount of illness, depression and violence stems from energy vampirism and responses to it. INWARD AND OUTWARD IMBALANCES Another energetic imbalance between sexual partners stems from the inward or outward direction of energy flow of the chakras. Men and women should be opposite so that during sexual contact a healthful exchange occurs. At times, however, emotional traumas have caused one or several of the chakra directions to reverse. A clash will occur during intimate contact. If the stronger partnerís chakras are aligned properly, the interaction can be healing for the misaligned partner. If the stronger partnerís chakras are misaligned, contact will damage the chakras of the other partner. Other chakra misalignments and imbalances occur as well. These can also cause problems in intimate relationships, and may be healed through proper practices. HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONS Homosexuals have imbalance in the second and third chakras. This is not a judgment of anyoneís lifestyle or preferences. Energetically, homosexual relations are rarely healthful. It is difficult enough to find an energetically compatible heterosexual partner. It is far more difficult to find one of the same sex. CONCLUSION All sexual relations involve much more than physical contact and sensual experience. The faster one learns this, the happier one will be. All relationships are sacred, and should be entered into carefully and consciously. A simple bond marriage agreement is most helpful to protect both partners. Casual sex is never a good idea for one who wishes to heal and develop spiritually. Understanding chakra induction and Lemurian tantric yoga principles can benefit all relationships, greatly accelerate physical and emotional healing and promote spiritual development

The Law of Attraction The Law of Attraction states that all forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration. The implications of this law are vast, and the law holds true for all known Universes. "That which is like unto itself is drawn." The thoughts we hold attract similar thoughts and become large masses of thought called thoughtforms. The general vibration that a person holds is representative of the balance of their thoughts. As we become aware or conscious of our thoughts, we can raise our vibration by setting forth thoughts that are more in harmony with our desires. When our thoughts are in harmony with our highest desires, we are filled with joy and ecstasy. When we learn to set forth our thoughts consciously, we are no longer a victims of our own outdated programming. We increasingly attract thought of a higher vibration and raise the level of thought at which we habitually vibrate. The Law of Allowing The Law of Allowing states that there is a steady stream of pure energy that is ALL THAT IS. We either allow it or we disallow it. When we allow it, we feel pure positive energy. When we disallow it, we feel negative emotion. It is in the realm of the emotions that our INNER BEINGS communicate with us most effectively. Thoughts tend to get confusing but negative emotions and positive emotions are clear messages that we are either on or off track relative to our soul's highest purpose. Abraham states that we came here with clear intentions to vibrate in harmony with our soul's desire to do and be and have everything we want. Yet when we emerge in the physical, we are quickly bombarded with lackful thoughts of how there is good and there is bad, and that we need to veer away from harm and steer towards good. Abraham teaches that moving away from harm is futile, because in our attention to that which we are not wanting we are focusing on lack. The only way out of this seeming trap is to focus on the ONE PURE AND STEADY STREAM OF JOY that is coming forth to us at all times from our inner beings (IB). When we are not in a joyful state it is because our attention is temporarily removed from our natural state of PURE POSITIVE ENERGY. The Law of Deliberate Creation The Law of Deliberate Creation puts forth that by thinking thoughts that are in harmony with the original intentions of our inner being, we begin to again open the valve and allow ourselves to once more bask in the STREAM. The Stream is always there...but sometimes we simply forget to notice it. Due to the dynamics of the Law of Attraction, when we have one lackful thought, we attract more lackful thoughts and so on. As a result we begin spiraling downward. The way out of this spiral is to begin appreciating all that is good right NOW, for example, our comfortable homes, our beautifully functioning metabolisms, our wonderful friends, our delightful gardens.... this way we begin a spiral upward and back to our naturally joyous state of being. Joy is the reality; all else is illusory...and it is traceable to lackful thought. So much of our thought goes along the path of being analytical, critical and judgemental that we end up shooting ourselves in the foot: we bring ourselves down with our negative thoughts. By FEELING our way to thoughts that FEEL better, we gain a higher perspective, and bask in radiance and love. Integrating this material takes a bit of practice at first, but these Laws reflect the underlying principles of our Universe. By bringing these principles into our conscious awareness and learning to actively use them in our lives, we come to heightened levels of BEING in the physical realm... where the Warm Light of JOY is omnipresent... and ecstasy radiates endlessly from our hearts. You are a Physical Extension of that which is Non-physical. All-That-Is, or God, is not finished and waiting for you to catch up. You are here seeking more: more of all that feels good to you, more of that which is fresh and gloriously uplifting. (You are, in essence, bringing heaven to earth.) You are here in this body because you chose to be here. You wanted the opportunity to experience this delicious contrast in time and space, and with great anticipation you came to co-create with other joy-seeking beings, to fine-tune the process of deliberate thought. (What, where, when and with whom are your choices, too.) The basis of your life is Freedom; the purpose of your life is Joy. You are free to choose to discover new avenues for joy. In your joy you will grow, and in your joyous growth you will add to the growth experience of All-That-Is. (However, you are also free to choose bondage or pain.) You are a creator; you create with your every thought. You often create by default, for you are getting what you are giving your attention to wanted or unwanted but you know by how it feels if what you are getting (creating) is what you are wanting or if it is not what you are wanting. (Where is your attention focused?) Anything that you can imagine is yours to be or do or have. As you ask yourself why you want it, the essence of your desire is activated, and the Universe begins to bring it to you. The more intense your positive feelings, the faster it is coming to you. (It is as easy to create a castle as a button.) You are choosing your creations as you are choosing your thoughts. Your loving, Inner Being offers guidance in the form of emotion. Entertain a wanted or unwanted thought and you feel a wanted or unwanted emotion. Choose to change the thought and you've changed the emotion and the creation. (Make more choices in every day.) The Universe adores you; for it knows your broadest intentions. You have come to earth with great intentions, and the Universe constantly guides you on your chosen path. When you are feeling good, you are, in that moment, allowing more of that which you have intended from your broader perspective. (You are Spirit Incarnate.) Relax into your natural Well-being. All is well. ( Really it is!) The essence of all that you appreciate is constantly flowing into your reality. As you find more things to appreciate, your state of appreciation opens more avenues to more to feel appreciation for. (As you think you vibrate. As you vibrate you attract.) You are a creator of thoughtways on your unique path of joy. No one can limit where you can direct your thought. There are no limits to your joyous journeys to experience. On the path to your happiness you will discover all that you want to be or do or have. (Allowing others their experiences allows you yours.) Actions to be taken and money to be exchanged are by-products of your focus on joy. On your deliberately joyous journey your actions will be inspired, your resources will be abundant and you will know by the way you feel that you are fulfilling your reason for life. (Most have this one backwards, therefore most feel little joy in their actions or their possessions.) You may appropriately depart your body without illness or pain. You need not attract illness or pain as an excuse to leave. Your natural state coming, remaining or leaving is that of health and of Well-being. (You are free to choose otherwise.) You can not die; you are Everlasting Life. In grace, you may choose to relax and allow your gentle transition back into your Non-physical state of pure, positive Energy. Your natural state is that of Foreverness. (Have fun with all of this. Lighten up! You can't get it wrong.)

Life Without Contrast Is Life Without Fulfillment Most physical beings still struggle with contrast, and if they could, they would eliminate contrast from experience and take only their favorite of everything. But from your broader Nonphysical perspective, you would not eliminate contrast, because you understand, from that perspective, that, as creators, the contrast is essential to decision. Power In Decision You could not begin to decide what is wanted if you did not have the contrast of what is not wanted — and from your broader Nonphysical perspectives, as creators, you understand that what a decision is is a literal focusing of Energy. In other words, everything is about Energy, and the way you express it, the way you focus it, the way you channel it, the way you guide it, the way you utilize it, the way you become a part of it, the way you get involved in it. The way you become a creative force, utilizing Energy, is by your perspective, by your belief, by your attention, by your focus, by your decision. Can you feel the difference in the power in saying, “I would like to have that or I want that” and “I’ve decided.” In decision, there is simply a focusing of Energy, and our dominant intent, as we are interacting with you here — is to help you understand, without any question whatsoever, how to know, how to sense or feel, whether you are a vibrational match to your own decision. Vibrational Harmony Contrast helps you come to a decision, but rarely do we find a physical being in harmony with their own decision. And that’s why those things that you know you’re wanting do not come easily to you. It’s because, vibrationally, often, you are not in harmony with your own decision. And the reason that you are not vibrationally in harmony with your own decision is because you are not using your sensors to determine what you are offering vibrationally. You’re using thoughts or ideas or beliefs or words or actions or behavior. You’re trying to control things through behavior, where all you have to do is learn how to align your Energy, and by Law of Attraction, what is in alignment with your Energy must come to you. When No Means Yes When you say, “Yes” to something, when you look at the contrast and you say, “Of these things, I know I don’t want that, but I do want that...” When you choose something, in your saying “Yes” to it, you are vibrationally including it in your vibration — and by Law of Attraction. the Universe will match your vibration. When you say “No” to something, when you look at the contrast and you say, “This is nice. That’s not nice. This is nice. I don’t want that...” “No,” you say to that. What most of you do not realize is that in your saying “No” to this thing you do not want, you are still including that in your vibration — and as you include it in your vibration — now you’re not a match to your own desire. When you say, “I want a new red car,” the Universe is responding to the vibration of your desire. When you say, “But a new red car is too expensive,” the Universe is responding to that vibration too. So now you have the Universe responding to two contradictory vibrations. So nothing changes for you. You’re including what you do want and including what you don’t want — and the net result to you is no motion forward. Most people believe that they can say “no” to something and that by their pointing out that they don’t want it that it should go away, but nothing ever does. There is no such thing as law of getting it away from me. There is only Law of Attraction. You don’t have the ability to uninvite something — because everything that you give your attention to is an inclusion. Your Vibrational Signal Everything that is coming to you is, without exception, a vibrational match to what you are outputting. In every moment, you are offering a sort of radio signal, a literal vibrational output, and The Universe is responding to it. Sometimes you speak words such as “I want more money”, from your feeling place of not having enough. And the money cannot come to you, because you are outputting the feeling of not-enough money while you are speaking your desire for more money. The money cannot come because it’s not coming in response to your words — everything is coming in response to your vibration. The Good News The good news is that with a little bit of practice, and a little bit of understanding of how it works, you can learn to offer a vibrational signal that matches your own desire. In order to do that, though, you have to begin to be aware of what that vibration feels like. Knowing Your Knowing Each of you has a sensing mechanism within you that lets you know the vibration of your being at any moment. Some would call it solar plexus. Some would call it emotional center. We would call it all of that, but we would also call it the emotions that you feel. In other words, when you feel elation or joy or a feeling of adventure or a feeling of enthusiasm, those feelings you call passion or appreciation or love, those emotions that most would call positive emotions...when you feel those emotions, what that means is, in this moment, whatever you are giving your attention to — whether it’s a memory or something that’s happening right now or whether it’s something you’re imagining — whatever you are giving your attention to, in this moment, is a vibrational match to your Core Energy. You use many different labels to describe this source of Energy that flows to this physical plane from the Nonphysical. It’s a very high, fast frequency. It’s a pure frequency, and by pure we mean not contradicted. When you say, “I want to be well” and you think about what wellness is, that’s a pure vibration. When you say, “I want to be well. I’m afraid of being sick,” that’s not a pure vibration. When you’re making your statements of desire for wellness from your fear of illness, that’s not a pure vibration. Your Nonphysical Energy, your Source Energy, is a high frequency, very pure Energy and we want you to understand the difference between a high frequency pure Energy and a lower frequency not-so-pure Energy. Imagine a roomfan flowing air in your direction. It is so well made it is almost silent. But you know it’s on because you can feel the air blowing toward you. Now stick the pencil in your fan. It wouldn’t be so silent anymore. Would it? Quite a ruckus as the pencil is slowing the blade of the fan. You might call that resistance. We would relate it to negative emotion. When you introduce something that is moving at a slower vibration to something that is moving at a higher, faster vibration, the result is a slowing of the vibration, and what that feels like to you is negative emotion. Negation emotion is what you feel when you, for whatever reason, are focused upon something of a lower, slower vibration. Now, we want to talk about this because unless you are aware, moment by moment, of what your vibration is, you cannot control what comes to you. Rightness or Wrongness We watch you. Bless your hearts. We wonder how you ever decide what is right or wrong for you, what is appropriate or inappropriate, when there are so many different opinions and voices trying to get your attention and trying to get you to follow. In other words, if you have a very narrow experience, if you are one little child and you had only one parent, and this one parent is very consistent in what he or she offers to you, you could get a fairly good sense of what is right and wrong by the opinion of that one person, and you could learn to modify your behavior to please that person, and you could keep yourself on a pretty even keel. But if you’ve got two parents, who do not always agree with each other, now your trouble begins already, as one thinks this is all right and the other does not. As you get a little older, and you move out into the greater community, and you go to school where teachers have different religious beliefs or different beliefs about what you should eat or the way you should dress, now you have greater contradiction within your experience. And the more you step out into this very diverse and expansive physical experience, the more you bump up against the great variety of ideas that other people have about the way you should live. The things they think that you should eat or the things that they think that you should say or the things that they think you should appreciate in terms of music or sports or religion... In other words, the variety is enormous. And so, many of you try to find the biggest group in order to please. What we want you to do is to discover that you have within you a Guidance System that lets you know, in any moment, what you’re doing with your vibration. You can literally feel, once you have listened for it a little bit, whether you are a vibrational match to your Core Energy or whether you are not. Different Philosophies We were visiting with a man recently who was talking about his concern about so many different religions and even so many different people like Jerry and Esther, who are conducting seminars where they are projecting an attitude or opinion or a philosophy of life, and he said, “How do you ever know whether what you are choosing is really right.” He said, “I was reading a book that is written by someone who was offering some very strong opinions about something.” And he said, “I’m not living any of them, and yet, this writer is saying ‘if you’re not living these things, you are subject to judgment and possible prosecution once you have re-emerged into Nonphysical.’” He said, “Abraham, how would I know?” And we said, “How did you feel as you were reading that?” And he said, “I felt terrible. My stomach was in a knot. I guess I would say I felt fear. Fear that what if I’m not doing what I’m supposed to do.” And we said, “Now, think about what fear is. Fear is your emotional center, solar plexus guidance, that is letting you know that whatever it is you’re focused upon right here and now is not vibrationally up to speed with who you are and what you really know. In other words, that negative emotion is the pencil in the fan. Your attention to this subject is not a vibrational match to who you really are. You have just introduced a lower, slower vibration to your higher, faster current, and in doing so, you have offered resistance in your vibrational Stream — and your emotions are telling you that you are free to think these thoughts, you are free to participate within them, but in doing so, you have just caused yourself to no longer be vibrationally in harmony with who you really are.” Follow Your Bliss What we’re really talking about here is beginning to move through life more on a feeling basis than on an intellectual, thinking basis. You want to reach the point where you can just tell by the way you feel, “Am I vibrationally up to speed with who I am and what I want, or have I chosen — by influence of others or by some old habit of thought — have I chosen to focus somewhere that’s lower and slower in vibration?” If you had one goal and that was to feel good, you would never again need to hear another word from anyone. You would live successfully and happily and in a way of fulfilling your life’s purpose ever after. Someone coined the phrase so beautifully it cannot be improved upon when he said, “Follow your bliss.” Because when you are choosing thoughts, when you are choosing memory, when you are choosing moments in the now, when you are choosing things that feel good to you while you think them or while you focus upon them, then you are choosing a vibration that matches your Source — and only things that are up to speed with that then have access to you. Trance-formation (The Cosmic Tao of the Sexes) by Matthew Webb The purest outpouring of love between the sexes, is as a miniature super-nova of ecstatic union. Reciprocating pleasure becomes the engine that feeds the fires of passion. Passion becomes dynamic fuel for love. It is an engine that runs with the force of a solar furnace, ablaze with the eternal power of Yin and Yang combined. True love is a spiritual hurricane that sweeps away any obstacle in its path, as the ultimate cleansing storm. The spiritual union of male and female is a mutually empowering, self-perpetuating, psychic feast. The only reason that many relationships today are no longer mutually empowering, is because they have forgotten about the real nature of enthusiastic oneness with each other. They have in fact, simply forgotten the ways of nature. It is often overlooked that the mutual will for spiritual growth, fed by passion, can become a singular rapture in the Supreme. Male and Female are in the cosmic sense, the opposite poles of the same magnet. They are the ancient passage of galactic spirals in their motion through the heavens, and the subtle whir of electron and proton. They are the flow of creative forces, one to another…a reflection of all the passions of Creation in Nature. Man and woman are the opposite charges of the energy of God. They are the strike of lightning, the motion of wind in fragrant blossoms and the dual strands of all DNA. Unity of man and woman is the Cosmic Tao of the sexes, provoking a spiritual process with no limitations. Through recognizing the Tao of female and male, or in other words, Yin and Yang, two people may raise up together in spiritual ecstasy without bounds or barriers. This is an ultimately potent spiritual path, and a ready engine for mutual ascension. When we look at the symbol of the Tao, (Yin/Yang) we find two opposite colors merged into a singular, flowing, circular motion. There is a dark half and a light half of the Yin/Yang; representing equal and complimentary forces for all time. Man and woman are equally powerful! They both embody the Cosmic aspects of creation, in ways which are mutually complimentary. Each side of the Tao symbol contains a small portion of its polar opposite, just as there is a small portion of the opposite sex within each of us. This means we each possess the qualities of both sexes, (it is just that certain qualities are emphasized by our Yin or Yang polarity). Yang is known to be more will-oriented, and dynamic in nature. It is eternal motion and cosmic action. Yin on the other hand is receptive, supportive and magnetic. It is eternally stabilizing and of cosmic potentiality. Both Yin and Yang possess the needed qualities for creation and evolution. In terms of natural law, no sex is above the other. Whenever one is generally overemphasized, the natural harmony is thrown out of balance. This is still the case today in the Western male, (Yang) dominance of society. This excess of Yang on a global level, is a cause for much of the worlds’ problems today. The same would be true of an excess of Yin energy. Both of these forces and their associated qualities must stay in perpetual balance. Another factor in human misery is the so-called “battle of the sexes”, which is nothing more than a symptom of collective insanity. This self destructive insanity runs deep in Western culture. We are infinitely more than social labels or pathetically limiting roles. The “battle” is entirely fictional, because it is learned behavior. It is our modern task to unlearn it without hesitation. Social, sexual discord is ideological. Our own limited images about what it is to be a man or a woman, do injustice to one another, on the battlefield of our collective unconsciousness. There is no such thing as a naturally occurring battle between the sexes, other than what society has mistakenly created. This is yet another reason we must return to nature and observe natural laws, to maintain our sanity. There is also no such thing as “gender roles” either, other than those dictated by biology. We create these divisions and roles between the sexes at our supreme peril, and to heal the world we must look to the cosmic Tao of male and female. We must do this in remembrance of the natural and cosmic potentials of relationship. When relationship again becomes a place for mutual ascension rather than antagonism, our entire species will be revived into its natural aliveness. This will be paradise re-gained. There is nothing about the merger of male and female that is not deeply mystical in nature. For in nature, that which is called mystical is simply the daily reality. Mysticism is that quality of consciousness, which is capable of directly perceiving and receiving Truth from the universe. The wise take example from the life-affirmative philosophies of the world, to access their natural mysticism. Like the philosophy of the Tao in ancient China, the age-old practice of Tantra originates from the Vedic texts of India some 6500 years ago. These philosophies owe their merit to a recognition of natural/cosmic principles. Both Tantra and Tao rely on the same universal laws, the foremost of which is the mystical and omnipresent union of Yin and Yang. Some believe that the practice of Tantra is designed for the enhancement of sexual pleasure. Many hold the view that it is merely the use of certain physical postures, or even breathing and awareness practices, that make sex more stimulating. In its true and higher form however, Tantra is not just about the enhancement of orgasms. Having more intense and sweet orgasms with ones’ counterpart, is only a bi-product of right spiritual focus. Even more rewarding are the benefits gained from actually helping each other find higher levels of consciousness. Because the male and female are Cosmic forces, they can aid each other in deeply profound ways, simply through the Intent to do so. Tantra is actually a form of mutual Kundalini Yoga. In Kundalini the sexual energy at the base of the spine rises to the higher chakras. In so doing it manifests itself as the creative force of greater inner strength, revelation in higher love, symbolic understanding, clarity and spiritual rapture. Spiritually focused sex can accomplish the same thing automatically, with the only difference being that both persons’ energy rises to the higher chakras together. The true and highest focus of Kundalini Yoga, like Tantra, is the gaining of spiritual revelation and personal Mastery. In this way we become more like the Buddha or the Christ. These intentions are given strength through sexual/polar attraction, which is why Tantra is so powerful. Anyone who can have sex can begin to practice Tantra, or in other words, mutual ascension. Anyone who has ever experienced pleasure can transform sexual knowledge beyond mere sensual enjoyment, into the wisdom of spiritual unfoldment. That is not to say that the power of the Tao or Yin/Yang can only be accessed through sex. It is just that sex is a very accessible path, a graphic example of what potentials await with ones’ counterpart. Also there is no great need to understand the chakras to do Tantra, though this experiential knowledge helps a great deal. All one needs to begin is a reverence for their polar opposite, and a high respect for the cosmic nobility inherent in the opposite sex. With this respect in place, the cosmic Tao of Yin and Yang begins to be accessed. Kundalini Yoga notes the fact that the first chakra, or sexual energy at the base of the spine, is the basis for all our other expenditures of energy. Sexual energy is the foundation for love energy, communication, mental stamina and spiritual stability. Sex creates what we call pleasure, but pleasure is actually first chakra energy resonating at a higher frequency or vibration. Having pleasure is thus a way to raise the vibration of body, mind and spirit. Having sex is the sharing of pleasure, (high vibration) as a mutual alignment or resonance of the first chakras. It is also a trading of energy, mutual awareness and Intent. The same may be said of love at the level of the heart or fourth chakra. As a spiritual rule, each of the seven chakras or energy centers of the body, are founded upon the preceding chakras, and their related functions. All the chakras are based upon the first at the base of the spine, (which includes the legs, sexual organs, and hips) in a way that can be visualized as a pyramid. The first chakra is the pyramids’ broad and strong base, and each of the six chakras above are as the smaller steps built upon it. A truly wholistic relationship with ones counterpart implies relating to them at all levels, sexually, lovingly, mentally and spiritually. To put this in a more esoteric way, would be to say that a holistic relationship includes the exchange of positive energy, awareness and intent through each chakra. The chakras are psychic transmitters and receivers. As a general rule, whatever we feel in any part of the body, (chakra) is transmitted psychically to the corresponding area or chakra in the people around us. Upon entering a relationship with another, particularly a loving and/or sexual one, there is a great amount of psychic exchange going on. This is easily felt. ALL PEOPLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION have felt such psychic effects from others. This means that in sex our pleasure is psychically transmitted to our counterpart and vice versa. This is also true of any other feeling or state of consciousness. Love is also transmitted, (which is commonly known) but what is not commonly realized, is that all the chakras constantly send and receive every state of being imaginable. The human being is like a seven-band radio tower, which broadcasts on each band simultaneously. Tantra then, usually starts at the first chakra or the base of the “chakra pyramid”. Practitioners of this art aim to increase sexual pleasure with each other, and to amplify their sheer mutual attraction. Few people will deny that intense sexual feeling is not desirable. But when it is used with spiritual progression in mind, pleasure then becomes a doorway into higher states of being. In this view, sex is seen as a vehicle for greater things. Pleasure becomes like a booster engine, to propel two people into the higher altitudes of spiritual love and rapture. As with all things in life, Intent is the primary key to generate this magickal event. In the case of most people, their Intent while having sex, is just to enjoy stimulation or perhaps mutual pleasure. But if one uses the intent to be loving while having that enjoyment, not only is the pleasure increased, but the love focused upon is also empowered by the already high, pleasure-vibration. In this sense, the Tao of sexual union becomes a mutual meditation, upon both pleasure and love simultaneously. This is as simple as feeling pleasure in the first chakra, and love in the fourth chakra at the same time, and is truly not a very esoteric act. For those couples with even higher aspirations, a third element or Intent can be added, which is spiritual rapture, felt in the seventh chakra, or crown of the head. Again, this crown chakra focus is similar to the raising of chi in Kundalini Yoga, and can have identical or even greater spiritual effects. The seventh chakra is also the one which is most closely attuned to the soul. This is where we most commonly receive messages and influence from the soul, or true/higher self. When two people focus upon each other while holding an awareness of their seventh chakras, they begin to experience what may be called a “soulic communion” that can be most exquisite. So in essence, sex need not only be for the sake of first chakra exchange or pleasure. It can also be a way to align psychc energies and Intent with one another, at the levels of pleasure/orgasm, love/reverence, and rapture/soulic communion, (first, fourth and seventh chakras respectively). This is but one good approach to a Taoistic union of man and woman. The observant person will notice that pleasure during sex increases or decreases according to the thoughts one is having. Behind every thought there is also a corresponding intent. For every intent we hold, there is a corresponding psychic effect created. So for the sake of our own pleasure, and also the pleasure of our counterpart, Intent is a consideration that is very relevant. It is always worthwhile to prove this point to yourself by watching how enjoyment, or any other condition of life, is profoundly influenced by the intent held each moment. The Intent used by the modern person during sex is very often a selfish one. This is to say they seek pleasure only for themselves, even at the expense of their partner. Another common Intent used during sex is what might be called “psychic vampirism” which is also seen in ALL other social circumstances as well. Psychic vampirism is the practice of taking energy from others, just as a parasite takes energy from the host creature it lives within. In truth this is to be rightly considered a relatively hostile act, because it can render very damaging physical, mental and emotional effects on the victim. Because sex is an extremely dynamic exchange of energy, it is also an excellent opportunity for the psychic vampire to draw away energy from the unsuspecting. Such acts constitute poor intent and a general ignorance of what a focus on unity and mutual empowerment is capable of. Psychic vampirism is the opposite of the intent of spiritual progression. A more appropriate intent is one which is simply neutral and not psychically aggressive. Sex under such an Intent is also fairly common, and its benefits are “hit and miss” or random, depending upon the “mood” of the participants. The most progressive intent however, is one which seeks the greatest enjoyment and benefit for each person, without limit. With this intent in place, especially in a spiritual context, there is literally no limit to the level of enjoyment and consciousness that can take place between female and male. This is the mutual ascension of Yin and Yang as One. Mutual, progressive Intent creates correspondingly higher and higher states of consciousness. When this intent is employed during sex, it becomes what might be described as a form of mutual worship. In this way, one approaches the opposite sex with reverence, as one might enter into a truly sacred temple in which only the purest thoughts and feelings in the adoration of God are to be formed. When this Intent is mutually held, a psychic reciprocation of a very high vibratory level is set up. Pleasure, love and rapture travel back and forth with increasing tempo. As a woman is raised by a mans spiritual adoration, her state of consciousness is elevated. This can be particularly true during sex, because sex tends to opens all of the chakras and encourages strong energy flow. From this raised position, a woman can then raise her mans’ level of consciousness even more. When this occurs he gains even more personal power. With greater personal power he raises her again, and so forth, without limitation. With disciplined focus, such a technique can be used to proceed to higher and higher levels of consciousness, or in other words, degrees of mutual enlightenment. [Naturally, such things can also be done without the sexual act.] This process may also be known as mutual ascension and is among the more noble of the Tantric practices. Sex under these conditions need not necessarily include orgasm, or it may delay orgasm for long periods until a glorious finale is achieved together. The very spiritually minded may choose the no-orgasm form of this practice even while having sex, and simply keep increasing each others’ vibratory and energy levels indefinitely. In this practice a great deal of physical movement is not generally encouraged, and it may take the form of group-mind meditation and deep, subtle, mutual feeling. Such practices may also include very dynamic sex and a great deal of physical movement, for the sake of increasing the intensity of pleasure, or it may alternate between these two extremes. But regardless of the technique, the higher focuses of love, rapture and mutual raising should always be a strong consideration, in order to gain the best Tantric benefits. The practice commonly known as “sex magick” also functions upon the same psychic principles as Tantra and certain Kundalini focuses. Very often orgasm is used to “send” an intention out into the environment, (or to another person/group locally) with the effect of rendering the desired results. This is one form of what is commonly known as a “spell”, (or the casting thereof). A couple may Intentionally “cast a spell” on each other in this way for mutual benefit. Any strong feeling such as orgasm can be used as an ideal “carrier wave”, (which transmits an intention) and this fact is made particularly potent when a visualization is also held at the same time. A couple may send their orgasm to each other simply by the intent to do so. A visualization of surrounding ones’ counterpart with pleasure and spiritual benefit at the peak of pleasure is even more useful. [Visualization founded upon an Intent is known as a thoughtform, which then becomes a psychic/occult force that moves to the destination the sender was focused upon, at the moment of its creation] Interestingly, orgasm can also be sent out to the entire world, (with the globe being visualized as seen from space). The intent employed can be that the sexual peak, (high vibration) be used to raise world consciousness. A couple using this intent is employing a very beneficial and advanced level of sex magick! In most cases though, a couple will want to simply raise each other to unknown heights. In all intimate relations, there exists a high degree of vulnerability, particularly at the psychic level. To accomplish high Tantra, each person must open themselves completely to the other without reservation. This makes them suseptible to not only positive vibration and Intent, but also potentially damaging feelings of pain or fear, even though every desire is in place to make the “Taoistic fusion” work. Each person must be prepared to release pain and fear in this practice, and to absorb such vibrations from their counterpart. The greater mastery involved here, is to not be overwhelmed by these destructive emotions, and to transmute or transform them into love, clarity and ecstasy. Thus, psychic alignment with another can not only be rewarding, but also require a good deal of patience and spiritual work. It is therefore useful to employ the intent of spiritual ministry when aligning with another in this way, which is essentially no different than extending positive feelings or council to someone in pain. To accomplish this we must also be able to transmute our own pain and fear into higher vibrations/intentions. It is useful to mentally prepare ourselves for the necessary state of being, that is open and freely giving. If we are not capable of this, then how can we expect it from another? So let the thought of High Tantra motivate you to do some inner transformation and spiritual preparation. The more we raise our individual vibration and Intent, the more we have to offer our sacred counterpart. In the modern context the phrase, “making love” is a bit misleading to say the least. In this context the usual case is not the making of love, but the making of pleasure and sheer sensation. But in Western culture this trend is not particularly surprising, since love and pleasure are no longer distinguished from one another. Most assume that love is the feeling that results from the gratitude of the body, (cells) as a result of sexual pleasure and polar balancing. But this should not in any way be confused with love. When “making love” the focus should be in honest fact, exactly that, a mutual, inner focus on the unified enhancement of higher and higher love states. Even better is “making rapture”, a mutual focus on the communion of souls in bodies, whose primary Intent is the merger of Cosmic Forces, (yin and yang). Again, all of these “rewards” are gained by the right focusing of Intent. The intent to gain spiritual communion with another is essentially the same as the intent to gain pleasure, in that each are only a matter of decision. When we decide to take on a spiritual focus, this conscious universe in which we live rewards us with the sweet fruits of truthful living. This is what is known as “living in accord with natural law” because spiritual progress is evolutionary, just like nature. Thus, the most lasting and satisfying relationships are based upon a spiritual intention, first and foremost. By focusing on the spiritual together, we serve a higher cause than the mere satisfaction of small, personal aims. Spiritual cause becomes the source of mutual unity and action, providing greater empowerment at all levels of body, mind and spirit. Such a focus tends to preclude the usual emotional leaning upon one another, in the ignorant hope that ones’ counterpart can take up the slack in ones’ own life. This attitude is the most common recipe for disaster and disappointment. As responsible spiritual practitioners, we do not take our weaknesses to our mate like a begging bowl is presented for alms. We take our strengths and aspirations to our lover/friend, in the wise knowledge that what is given, is also received. This is the Karma of relationship, and it is an unavoidable principle of natural law. A spiritual lover is not a refuge from the world in which to hide. They are an opportunity for growth and sheer bliss in the unity of progressive intent. Our love for another can be as the fresh thrill of awe, during a clear spring day in the deepest woods. Our mutual adoration is as the stirring of deep celestial energies in the midst of the creation of all things. Our counterpart can be the very presence of God incarnated, in a passion-filled, spiritual alliance. In mutual pleasure we are filled with ecstatic life. In mutual love we begin to radiate a signal of pure, crystalline grace to a world in pain and need of spiritual ministry. In mutual rapture, we are raised together into the bliss of angelic realms, and the abode of the Masters of all time. We become the seers and prophets of cosmic design, and can speak therefrom with experience. Such perspective adds clearer meaning to the term “soulmate”. Let us not underestimate this opportunity in the Tao! Let us seek only the highest in ourselves and each other, thereby fulfilling the very Plan of Creation!
