about me
i first got into belly dance via tribal, and still love the energy of dancing with other women, together. but i've found, much to my surprise, that i'm an Am. Cab. girl ^_^.
i also love dogs, and adopted an Australian Shepherd mix, his name is Bogart (Bogie). i've spent a semester in Japan, and need to keep up with my language practice (sukoshi dake wakarimasu ^_~) in August i'll be starting grad school for a masters in environmental policy. love the earth, she keeps you alive!

Re: Maya technique
(in Bellydance Drills and Choreography)
not always true about cab classes. it depends on the teacher i've had tribal teachers do the heels up, and cab teachers who want you to learn heels down first.
