eggs(organic,from free-range chickens)
colorful fruits&vegetables,oats,beans,nut butters,wild rice,sweet potato
flaxseed-oil(organic,uncooked)and/or pharmaceutical-grade fish-oil
natural multi-vitamin/mineral supplement(favorite:"Nature's Plus" brand)
"Knox" gelatin for back/joints,CoQ10 for energy/heart,whey protein
wide-spectrum pro-biotics(favorite:"Jarrow" brand)
ginger,turmeric,garlic,cinnamon,cayenne
10 minutes sunshine per surface
