No Hiking for Me (blog entry) I sprained my ankle this past weekend so I don't think hiking this coming weekend is in my best interest. I will keep you posted on future hiking dates.

Hiking (blog entry) Now the only day I would be able to hike would be Sunday morning. Saturday I have an intense Tae Kwan Do lesson, then right after a staff lesson....All I know is I am going to be very sore!!!!
