You know what they say about true friends? You don't really know who they are until you really need them.

It seems to me the same can be said about internet hosting companies. There are a gazzillion companies, but very few of them have all the things you really need:

* the high bandwidth they advertise

As with many people who make their living in Internet technology, I have found an increasing percentage of my time devoted to dealing with nastyness. Thank goodness it is not my business to deal with Windows computers infected with spyware and whatnot.
