We just heard from the vet. Neighbor Cat tested negative for leukemia and FIV, so he’s getting de-wormed, neutered, and vaccinated as I type this, and will be coming home from the vet Thursday.

Neighbor Cat’s new name is Benny Pōpoki. DH suggested we name him “Hoa noho pōpoki” which is Hawaiian for “neighbor cat,” but was just too unwieldy for me.
