It should be an official holiday (a day off with time & a half pay!), as far as I'm concerned!

I still have some Birthday left... NO! I don't WANNA go to bed yet!

I *do* have to go put a disabled client to bed, but I thinks I'm a-gonna go git me a wee bit of a drink after!

Twenty-seven days in Unalaska, Port of Dutch Harbor.
Lovely place (Actually, I ain't been gone 24 hours and already kinda miss it a little bit), but I'm glad to be home.

Got things to do at this the 11th hour (literally... I have 11 hours before I board the plane), so this is going to be short...
I'm off to the Aleutian Islands fishing port town of Unalaska, Alaska. The island port across the bridge that serves the fishing fleets and other trading ships is Dutch Harbor, Alaska. It's about half-way out the island chain of the Aleutians.
Going there to work in Unalaska, & I'll post blog &/or answer e-mail when I can connect with internet access.

46 today! I went to the pub for karaoke night and got a few pints in me, and just after the clock stuck Midnight and it was officially the 25th, I took the stage and did a rowdy and rousing version of ACDC's "Big Balls"!
