Politics and Stupidity - the first draft of this piece was written when I was at a very low point, two days into a trip down the three gorges in China, on a stinking, rat and roach infested plague ship with Satan's own toilet and a deck awash with phlegm. Then I looked at it again when I was happy, feeling loved and a little bit more employed, and so I pasted some less miserable bits here and there.

To the Jungian angel who gave me a helix shaped crisp when I was writing the first draft of this. Scrap one - shape of the universe. To Bernard, respectfully. “Don’t think. Feeeeeel!
