about me
I'm up at 4:30 and down around 9. Life is full and blessed! There is not time spent wasted. My kids are my joy. My man is my sustenance. My creative projects sometimes consume my house. I am gone most weekends at Faire!

The patient states he has a history of suicide in the past.

The patient fell while trying to avoid some falling food in her home.

The patient takes a medication for memory loss but she does not remember the name.

The patient is an ill-appearing gentleman, basically a truck driver.
