Director and producer of Shimmy Shake, the London belly dancing and burlesque show that has been the source of much debate, Sapphira is proud of her new show which is a successful event.

As a performer involved in both the belly dance and burlesque scene for the last five years she identified that both arts attracted like minded, liberal women but no-one had brought the two groups together to perform in London. An innovative performer and passionate promoter, she devised Shimmy Shake as a platform to bring the two communities together.

A classically trained musician, singer and belly dancer, Sapphira has a few strings in her bow. With regular stints in cabaret, restaurants, nightclubs and burlesque shows in London and around the globe, she leaves audiences in raptures wherever she goes.

Sapphira relocated from Melbourne to London to pursue her artistic inclinations and fulfil her love affair with Middle Eastern dance and burlesque performance. Inspired by sensual and dynamic movement, Sapphira is dedicated to creating new, breathtaking routines combining the wonders of sensual belly dancing with modern beats and infectious energy. Sapphira provides entertainment for private and corporate events, nightclub shows, parties and birthdays, concerts and festivals.
