What can I say about a woman that is so smart, she can probably kill me just with her mind. Clean, pretty, multi-talented, and sprinkled nicely with just a hint of evil. Whether it's live trapping dozens of annoying squirrels, or gleefully finding THE most dangerous item in a hardware store to show me, each day there's always something she says or does that sets her apart from most mortals I know.

The Troubadour Lady (Lady) Fionnghuala is one of the most dynamic people I know. She has that great combination of intelligence, wit, and life experience that makes talking with her a real pleasure, whether it’s blogging or IRL.

Lady Fionn is someone who finds joy in all things, whether it’s crabbing on the bay, enjoying a walk through a garden, or watching the antics of the songbirds she so lovingly cares for. The SCA is just one facet of the full, rich life she has made for herself.

Troubadour Fionn is a Bard in every sense of the word, and she carries herself with style and grace. She once said she got her second Award of Arms due to a paperwork glitch. Well, I don’t think it was a glitch. I think it was because her peers realized she’s twice the lady as any other. I sure think she is.

This is a lady you need to get to know.

Not only does she have an appealing wit and sense of humour, but those qualities are backed up by an intelligence and wisdom that is rare in these modern times. I lament thy loss, Intelligence and Wisdom!

And on top of that, she's a warm personality. One of those people you want to have around and be around. I wish she lived closer so that I'd see her more than two times a year, if I'm lucky.

And how can I not mention the thrill of hearing her music? I am not a great fan of Celtic music, but if Fionnghuala on the harp can make me sit mesmerized for half an hour, something good is happening.
