The pasta feast last night was so fun. Thanks so much to everyone who could make it. I love inviting everyone and seeing who turns up- it's always a surprise, even if it's only a few people! But last night we fed over 20, with Skydancer's 6 fantastic vegetarian sauces (including meat lovers surprise - surprise, there's actually no meat! lol) and 4 different types of pasta. Shawn and I are moving on June 1st. We have a great one bedroom place on Main/14th. Hardwood floors, only $725 per month. I was wondering if anyone wanted to take over our place in June?

What a wonderful, magical night Saturday was. So many people came out to dress up and party the night away. I got to the venue at 7pm, so by 2am I was beat! I painted Chris the contact juggler and he came in 2nd for performance. I was really happy for Dawn and Ryan for their first place victory. I was also really happy for my good friend Stephanie, who hit the stage for the first time, performing an absolutely beautiful belly dance routine.

Last night was my first solo glow-poi performance at Down the Rabbit Hole. I incorporated a poem that I adapted and memorized with music that I mixed with poi moves. It was so awesome! Thanks to all of the amazing friends that came out to support me last night (and those who tried).
