I love to know people that their words sink into you making you really think about things. George is smart, funny, and deep. Amazing to think about the marvelous things that people manage to accomplish, I'm in awe. I can't wait to read a book by him just to learn more.

George is a breath of fresh air among leaders. He's not just geek smart - and he is very geek computer & electronics smart - he's also people smart. He has more fun than you'd think such a smart, father-figure, mentor kind of guy would. He leads folks in teamwork solutions, committed pragmatic and wise action, fun, and depth of discovery. I certainly treasure the years I worked with him, all he taught me, and all I learned next to him. His questions led me to answers. How the hell he can also protoype complex hardware and software gear - that actually *works* - in a weekend, I'll never know!

George sees things that we don't. He is certainly one of the smartest men I have ever met. Try to run IP over 901 MHz. His name is on the patent. ; )
George is a kind man who loves his wife and children. I have aspired to become someone like G in all respects.
If you're looking for the NeXT big thing, call George.
I stand in his shadow.
Postscript: I had a drink with Muddy Waters the other year. He spoke of atoms and molecules. George understands time dilation. One only understands the wisdom of a guy like George when you meet him.
