Got the Red Velvet blues
Wed, February 14, 2007 - 4:42 PMIn the end I had to content myself with a vanilla cupcake from Starbucks, which I'll savor after I log off tonight.
Hope you're all having a great V-Day, however you are spending it!

Ah -ha! I know a place near me that sells red velvet cake. I've always been curious, but never stopped to try. Damn, that looks good.

Red Velveted
Arghhh,,,while shopping for wholesale cases of toilet paper and 2 lbs of granola---I spotted our Red Velvet Cake at Costco! OMG,,,so much for my attempt to shop at an artisan bakery in Berkeley or San Fran----and YES,,,it was delish----so was the key lime cake too! Both cakes were baled at Just Desserts www.justdesserts.com/ oohhh your initial post has set me on a week long bender to satisfy my sweet tooth----!

though i've tried it (and enjoyed some moist samples), my preference is always for chocolate. including the chocolate jesus that was just censored from midtown: www.villagevoice.com/blogs/r..._cru.php |
